So, today is Tuesday, the least busy day for me so i'm going to do this. Whether you wanted me to cover this story or not. It was inevitable because it's related to a game that is almost out but i'm beginning to lose any significant hype regarding it because of stuff like. While microtransactions in a single player game are bad, they're nothing compared to this.
Back in 2016, one of the producers behind this game passed away due to cancer, so WB made a trailer a week ago on a particular NPC called Forthog The Orc Slayer. This NPC was a tribute to the deceased producer Michael Forthog. This was his immortality in a way. You can look at the trailer on YouTube by going to their channel.
Now, this would've nice, a thoughtful and sincere way to tribute a person who works for a company. Except we're forgetting who is in the back of this game's development.
Warner Bros, and they're making us pay £5.00 for Forthog Orc Slayer as a pre order bonus.
That is SICKENING.
But wait! They said that all purchases of Forthog Orc Slayer would go towards cancer charities and his grieving family.
