Possibly the biggest movie we've got in around a few years, Avengers Infinity War was by the Russo brothers, hyped up to be the ultimate satisfactory payoff of a decade of world building and franchise inventing for the MCU. And we knew it, too. With a massive cast of old and new superheroes, this film has the extremely galling task of living up to its ginormous expectations and to tick all the boxes for a solid Marvel flick. Except this wasn't your typical Marvel flick. No, this is serious.

WARNING - SPOILERS FOR INFINITY WAR DOWN BELOW.

We start off with seeing Thanos get the Infinity Stone from the ship that Thor and Loki were on. Loki tries to save their asses from Thanos when he asks good ol' Hulk for assistance when Josh Brolin kicks the green shit out of this gargantuan. So, Hulk grows insecure and is teleported away by Mr Nice Man. Thanos is grumpy and proceeds to kill Mr Nice Man, aggravating the God Of Thunder. Loki has one more trick up his sleeve and attempts to slit Thanos' neck, however, the Mad Titan is too bright for this and retaliates via choking the charming fucker! Thor is now insanely angry and almost joins his bro in death before Chris Pratt rescues his ass.

Now. This is GREAT.

It shows us how menacing Thanos and his companion Squidward are, it shows us how this movie isn't afraid to take names and it shows us that Josh Brolin has got this. It's alright everyone, he'll kill it. Literally, like Loki.

Plus, given how we're trapped in a sense of hope at the end of the film. The battle of Wakanda is over, the weird monsters are gone and Thanos is trapped by the Titan crew and his pretty gauntlet is slowly getting removed with lots and lots of effort.

Then, Chris Pratt goes full retard and gets Thanos out of his trance and he successfully gets the Time Stone and goes off to Earth.

Thanks, Star-Lord. You're childish action led to the death of half of the universe.

Oh yeah, I'll get onto that.
