No Spoilers.

The sequel to Marvel's smallest hero's first adventure sticks to the successful formula: lovable characters, plenty of jokes and a lot of great ideas about shrinking (and now growing) things. While you gotta ignore scientific aspects of the adventure, the pace of the plot and the fantastic action pieces make for a thoroughly entertaining and fun ride. San Francisco has never looked better. Faster, bigger and funnier than the first film, giving everyone a great time for two hours. At least until the post credits scenes connect the film with Infinity War. Avengers 4 can't come soon enough.

After the heartbreaking, massive blockbuster that was Infinity War, this sequel to the 2015 Marvel hit is a fun, action-packed movie about forgiveness and the responsibility of being a miniature-sized superhero.

Like the original, the sequel promotes forgiveness, redemption and teamwork. Flawed characters are given opportunity to redeem themselves for past mistakes. As with most superhero movies, courage, trust, working toward a common goal are also valued.

The action is fun and engaging, with chases, brawls and pursuits that keep viewers on the edge of their seats whilst ensuring the main characters are in peril.

The cast have great chemistry, Rudd is fine in reprising his role as Scott Lang, Evangeline is a breath of fresh air as Hope Pym. Douglas was alright, if a bit stiff at time.
