Hey guys sorry I haven't posted in a while, I had to evacuate for the hurricane (may or may not have a new poem/writing thing coming up about that ;) ) anyyyways I wrote this in a strangers house that I was staying at because my family didn't have anywhere to stay.
It was hell, I felt like I was having an anxiety attack every five seconds but I had to just sit and smile and make small talk.ok I'm done now
Red stained berry lips.
Gazing outside the window to the sunset.
Clothed only by the shadow of the blinds.
Pure innocence. Not being perfect and it being ok.
Feeling comfortable in my own skin as if it's clothing I wear by choice.A cool breeze reveals small bumps along my arms and legs.
Bare face. Clear mind.Feeling beautiful in a confident yet humble way.
In a complete bliss.
Humming quietly to myself and feeling content with the soft sound that is created.
I smile involuntarily to myself.
Because I am happy.
I am ok.A train can be heard in the distance
bringing food and supplies to those in need. But everyone is happy to help.
People are happy to be helped. They won't need help for much longer because everyone in the world is at peace.
A small bird lands on my windowsill.
There is fresh air.
The Earth is clean from chemicals. pollution. hate.As the last of the sun dissipates I am not left cold and lonely.
But for I am satisfied of the productive day I've had. Doing nothing but good.
I climb into my bed in my room that is decorated to my satisfaction.
My style.
Because in this society it tells people to do what makes you happy.
Not what you think meets others standards. My breath begins to slow down and I drift into a deep slumber.
Dreaming of the adventures that await me.
In this perfect world.
uhhh yeah idk what this was. I kinda like it but idk.
I love you all soooo much!
