Dev and Sonakshi rushed towards Ishwari's room. Dr. Mishra had already reached and was checking Ishwari's blood pressure. Dev rushed to Ishwari and sat next to her on her bed 'maa, tu theek hai na maa? Kya hua ajanak se thuje?'. 'Relax Mr. Dixit, ishwariji ka bp bhaut low ho Gaya tha. Iss ke karan, body temperature bhi high ho gaya that. Chinta ki koi baat Nahi hai ab. Maine kuch medicines prescribe kare hai, just make sure that medicines time pe consume ho jaye. Dev looked at Sonakshi and he felt extremely proud when the doctor praised Sonakshi in front of everyone. 'Hey ram....jiji, aap ko phir se woh ubli sabji aur bina masalo ka khana khana padega. Yeh bang....' said mami to grab every ones attention. 'Chup kar ja radharani, chup kar ja'. Said mamaji in an annoyed tone. Soon all left the room as the doctor had suggested rest to Ishwari.

Sonakshi sat in dev and her room lost in deep thoughts. Dev saw her and went and sat beside her. He hugged her from the side and asked her 'kya hua Sonakshi? Kya soch rehi ho?' ' Dev woh mein actually.....maa ke bare mein soch rehi thi. Maa ki Heath deteriorate hoti ja rehi hai lakin I don't think ke after all what happened, she will listen to me or follow the diet chat that I will make for her'. Said Sonakshi in a concerned tone. Dev held her hand and said' Sonakshi, I know ki thume bhi Maa ke health ki fikar hai. Lakin iss waqt your health is important too.I don't want you to think about it too much. I don't want you to stress about it. Tum Maa ke lea chart bano, I will make her understand ki she should follow the diet. Okay Mrs. Dixit? Dev made her comfortable in bed and kissed her on her forehead. Dev and Sonakshi cuddled and went to sleep in no time,after all, it was a long day for them.
It was 8:00 in the morning, Sonakshi woke up first and decided to freshen up and make a diet chart for Ishwari. She took out her note pad and began to make the diet plan. The direct sun rays that fell on dev's face woke him up. He saw Sonakshi sitting beside him engrossed in her work. He quickly lifted his head and kept it on Sonakshi's lap. It took zero effort for dev and Sonakshi to distract each other from no matter how important their work is. Sonakshi creased dev forehead running her soft finger through his hair. Dev loved it. He smiled and opened his eyes. He saw Sonakshi with a note pad and looked at the wall clock it was 8:30 am. 'Sonakshi, kya hai yeh? Itne subha subha itna kam?' Sonakshi smiled at him and kissed him on his forehead. 'Arey Dev.....Maa ke lea diet plan bana rehi hu'. 'Sonakshi tum yeh baad mein bhi kar sakti ho. Abhi chalo, hum breakfast ke lea neeche chalte hai. Mein ready ho jata hu'. 'Dev, plan almost poora ho Gaya hai.' By the time Dev got ready, Sonakshi had finished making the plan for Ishwari. Dixit family had a rule that no matter what, at least one meal is supposed to be had together in the presence of all family members and usually it was breakfast before everyone left for their work.
Dev held Sonakshi hand as she walked down the stairs. Seeing dev and Sonakshi hold hands irritating mamiji. Mamaji had the chance to taunt Sonakshi in front of everyone including bhola bhaiya. With a wicked smile on her face she said ' yeh kya hai bang.....bahurani? Kabhi toh dev to akela chod de. Sara time dev ke age peeche ghoomti rehti hi'. This irritated dev. He held Sonakshi's hand more tightly and said 'mamiji, Sonakshi meri biwi hai. Aur kyuki woh pregnant hai, main uski help kar raha hu. Yeh mera farz hai'. Sonakshi felt proud and protected as Dev defended her. Mamiji ji did not expect dev to back answer and that annoyed her even more. Dev made Sonakshi sit on the chair and sat next to her. Bhola bhaiya came to server Sonakshi and Sonakshi said ' arey Bhola bhaiya, yeh Maa ka diet plan hai. Lunch iss plan ke hisab se bana na'. Ishwari watched all of this in silence. She did not like the fact that Sonakshi had made her diet plan and that she had to follow Sonakshi's instructions.

It was lunch time and all had left for work. Only Ishwari, mamiji , mamaji Sonakshi and dev were home. Sonakshi kept Ishwari's lunch in a tray and walked towards Ishwari's room. She made her finish her lunch. There was awkwardness in the room as neither of them spoke. Dev noticed it and he wanted to fix things between his wife and his mother. Even though he knew how Ishwari felt about Sonakshi, he wanted to try.
Post lunch Sonakshi was exhausted. She went to her room for a nap. Dev understood that Sonakshi was exhausted. He made her lay on the bed putting a comfort on her. He sat beside her caressing her forehead until she fell asleep. Dev thought that it was now time to go and speak to Ishwari.
'Maa, tu so rehi hai kya? Dev asked as he say Ishwari on her bed. 'Nahi beta. Aa na baith'. Dev sat near her massaging her legs. 'Kaise hai ab tabyet teri? Medicine le? Lunch kia?' Dev asked her in a concerned tone. 'Maa, main thujse kuch baat karna chahhata hu. Tu khush hai na? Mera matlab hai ki main aur Sonakshi alag reh rahe hai, thuje koi problem toh nahi hai na?' Deep within Ishwari hated the fact that she was away from her son. 'Nahi dev. Main khush hu. Sonakshi ko iss waqt Teri jarurat hai'.
'Maa, Sonakshi ek acchi ladki hai. Us ke lea parivar se bad kar kuch Nahi hai. Hum dono ke beech itna sab ho jane ke baad bhi woh mare saath yaha aai. Woh chod, woh toh tera khayal bhi rakh rehi hai. Iss sab se usse kya milega? Sonakshi merelea ek perfect life partner hai. Mujhe kabhi bhi usse better jevan saathee Nahi milega. Tu ek bar Sonakshi ko chance toh de kar dekh. Woh blikul bhi buri Nahi hai'. Mamaji heard their conversation and entered the room.' Ha Ishwari, Dev blikul sahi keh raha hai. Sonakshi sach mein ek sushil ladki hai. Tu usse ke mauka de kar dekh'. Soon dev and mamiji left the room leaving Ishwari in deep thoughts about Sonakshi.
