~The One That Got Away~

  Lance sat down in front of the stone. Lance was recently dealing with a tragic heart break. Lance used to be happy that was for sure. He got the guy of his dreams, got a job, adopted a kid everything was perfect until he had to go and mess it up.

"Where have you been?" Keith asked lance angrily.
"No where." Lance said.
"I know you were hanging out with Nyma." Keith said glaring daggers.
Lance froze.
"Yeah so what?" Lance said a little ticked off.
"In your husband!" Keith yelled a little to loud. "We are married and you go off and hook up with someone else."
Lance stood there and said nothing.
"Are you not happy...am I not good enough?" Keith asked heart broken and on the edge of crying.
"I am happy Keith." Lance said.
"With her!" Keith said.
"I love you with all my heart lance but I'm not going to stay with someone who is cheating." Keith said walking to their room.
"Where are you going?"lance asked.
"Away from you." Keith said.
"Where are you going to stay?" Lance asked.
"I'll find somewhere." Keith said packing a bag and heading for the door.
Right when he opened it lance started crying.
"I'm so sorry Keith I wasnt thinking." Lance said sobbing.
"I'm sorry to lance." Keith said.
"For what?" Lance asked.
"For leaving." Keith said and with that Keith left.

A few hours after the incident it was reported that Keith died in a horrible car crash. People said he was distracted and not paying attention, and lance blamed it on himself. His friends and family did. Lance broke it off between Him and Nyma. Lance didn't want to be with someone who helped cause his pain.
Lance stood up from the gravestone which read

           Keith Kogane
          Born October 11
   Died September 6 2024
A husband, a friend, a leader,
      Rest In Peace Keith

Lance started crying and felt as rain drops dripped down from the sky. Lance turned around from the gravestone and hopped in his car. The radio turned on and started.

Lance crying died down and he jerked the wheel to the right causing him to hit a car.

The music kept playing until the ambulance showed up and carried him away with not siren on.
It was reported September 8 that Lance McClain was in fact dead.

At his funeral Shiro, Pidge, and hunk decided to play the song that lance last heard before he left the world.
