------2 1/2 years later------

Jennifer's POV

These past 2 1/2 years have been a rough patch for Cody and I, including the kids, but in the end, we all made it through together. And during these years, Cody and I have been visiting his Mom in Ohio a lot more because she just bought a new house, and it's much bigger than her old house, so we've been going back & forth between California and Ohio to help her out with the move and everything. As for the kids, we've split them into groups. Elle and Daniel would be staying with my parents, Lycia Faith would be staying with Cody's sister Alexandra, and Grayson and Liam would be staying with my brother, David. While Cody and I are in Ohio helping his Mom out, we decided to tour around the city where Cody grew up in. The first place that Cody showed me was the house that he grew up at. "Babe, this is the house I spent most of my life in." Cody told me. "Wow. This is a really cute house. Very small, but really nice." I replied. "So, where to next?" I asked. "Umm, I'm going to take you to one of the places that my Mom would always take me to." Cody said. "Ok, let's go." I smiled as we went to the next destination. The next place we stopped at was Cody's elementary school, where he went through Kindergarten-6th grade. "And, this is my elementary school." Cody smiled. "This is a pretty nice school. I bet it looks better now than it did back then." I replied. "Yeah, I'd have to agree. The painting on the walls were done terribly, and the paint would come off every so often." Cody said.

------A few hours later------

After Cody took me around Dayton, I felt more comfortable being in Ohio now. It's not that I wasn't comfortable before, it's just that I feel more better being in Ohio, now that I know more about where my husband grew up. After the touring was done, we stopped by his Mom's new house to pick up our suitcases and headed for the airport, and before we knew it, it was time to fly back to California to be with our babies.

------Many, many hours later------

We have finally made it safely to California, and it was to no surprise that the person picking us up was someone we knew. "Hey you guys, it's nice to see you two back home." David said as he hugged us both. "It's great to be back home." Cody smiled. "Where are Grayson and Liam at?" I asked. "They're actually at your guys' house right now. Alexandra and Mom and Dad are with them right now, but the kids have no idea that I came here to pick you guys up." David replied. "Well, this will be a nice surprise." Cody smiled as we got in David's car and headed home. When we got to our house, David helped us with our suitcases and brought them inside. The only kids that were awake were Grayson and Liam. Lycia Faith and Elle and Daniel were already put to bed, so we won't see them until tomorrow morning. "Boys, look who Uncle David brought home." David said as we revealed ourselves. "Mommy and Daddy are home!" David said as Grayson and Liam jumped for excitement when they saw Cody and I. They ran straight towards us and gave us big hugs. "Ohh boys, we missed you so much!" Cody said as we continued hugging the boys. "Were you good for Uncle David while we were gone?" I asked them. "Yes Mommy, we were good." Liam gave a smile to me.

Ohh, I realized I never gave an update on the kids. Grayson and Liam are twin boys, both turned 6 on February 7, Lycia Faith just turned 3 on October 18, and Elle and Daniel turned 2 on October 19, the day after Lycia Faith.

After Grayson and Liam were put down for bed, us adults had a serious discussion about family. "So, Cody and Jennifer, do you guys have future plans on having, maybe, another baby?" Mom asked. Cody and I just looked at each other, but we smiled. "Well, Jenn and I haven't really had a talk about that, but, to be honest, it's definitely in our plans." Cody replied. "Are there any possible names in mind already?" David asked. Cody and I, again, looked at each other, but just smiled. "Well, I actually have one for a Boy, but not for a Girl yet." I replied. "What's the name, if you wouldn't mind me asking?" Dad asked. "Well, since we've been in Ohio recently, I thought of this name, and I thought it would fit perfectly, if I ended up having another boy, and that name is Dayton." I smiled. "Why, that is a really cute name!! It's cool how you'd name your son after the city that Cody grew up in." Mom smiled. "Thanks Mom." I replied. "Actually, I just thought of a name, if we'd have another Girl." Cody said. "And what would that name be?" David asked. "Well, since we're on the topic of cities, this name came to my mind right away, and since my wife grew up in Chicago, I'd want to name our daughter, Chicago." Cody said. "That is such a cute idea!!" I smiled.
