------3 weeks later------
It's been 3 weeks since I had Elle & Daniel, and for these past 3 weeks, I've had to bring Elle back & forth to the hospital to have her lungs and other things checked out. Since she was diagnosed with Asthma, and that she's only 3 weeks old, I still want her to be checked every so often. After the 3 weeks have gone by, I got a thumbs up from my doctor, who was also Elle and Daniel's pediatrician, Dr. Matthews, that everything was going great with Elle's health, and I can just schedule an appointment for Elle anytime that I need to.
Ever since we've been home, Elle has been doing so well. And if you're wondering how Daniel is doing, he is doing super well. His health is doing superb, and we're all so happy to see that he's doing really well. Cody travels to Ohio every once in a while to go visit his Mom, as well as for work purposes. Honestly, it's really hard to manage 5 kids, 2 4-year olds, a 1 year old, and 2 newborn twins when Cody isn't home. He would always make things a lot easier because he is such a great help when I need to tend to the twins while he takes care of Grayson, Liam, and Lycia Faith. But since he's not here, it's a lot more harder for me. Luckily, I was able to have the help of my brother, David, who actually lives just 15 minutes down from where we live. While I was attending to Elle and Daniel, David was taking care of Grayson and Liam while Lycia Faith was taking her first nap of the day. While I was taking care of the twins, I could hear David and the boys downstairs wrestling each other and laughing away. Grayson and Liam love their Uncle David so much, they enjoy every minute that he comes over.
------A few hours later------
After I put Elle and Daniel down for a nap, I went downstairs to check on David and the boys, and when I went down, all I heard was the TV running. When I quietly walked over to the couch, I saw that all 3 of them were fast asleep on the couch. I didn't want to wake them up, so I went to go find a blanket and put it over them. Once I did that, I quietly went back upstairs to check on Elle and Daniel. They were still fast asleep, so I decided to clean the twins' room and check on Lycia Faith. She has been asleep for the past 2 1/2 hours, and, she didn't really sleep well last night, since Cody was gone and he usually puts her to bed at night. Cody should be back home within the next 2-3 days or so, depending on his schedule. While I was cleaning up the twins' room, I heard Lycia Faith waking up, so I stopped what I was doing and went to get her. She was happy to see me when I came in, so I grabbed her from her crib and brought her with me to Grayson and Liam's room so I can finish cleaning up. After I was done in their room, we went to her room and cleaned up in there. There wasn't much in her room to clean up, so I quickly finished in there and brought her downstairs. Right as we were coming down, David and the boys were awake. "There's Uncle David's princess!" David smiled as Lycia Faith went for David's arms. He grabbed her while I walked over to the kitchen to clean.
------30 minutes later------
10 minutes after I finished cleaning the kitchen, I could hear Elle and Daniel crying in the room, so I left the kids with David and went to go check on the twins. They were both wide awake, and I could tell that they were both hungry, so I fed them and gave Elle her breathing treatment to make sure she's breathing good. After all of that was done, I brought the twins downstairs so David can see them and their brothers and sister can say hi as well.
