Josh's P.O.V.

After six years, you would have thought she would have still been your best friend. You hoped that she would stay with you thick and thin. You thought she might have felt the same way about you, but obviously, you thought wrong.

You did everything together, you were inseparable and you loved that. You didn't want to ruin your guys' friendship, so you decided to bottle up your feelings and not tell her. You would have never thought she would have found someone who loved her move then you did. But then she did. The amount of time spent together lessened by the day. All because you decided not to tell her how you felt because you thought that she would wait for you to be ready to ask her.

It broke you so much that you couldn't bare to see her anymore. Knowing that she didn't love back ached you. But it was too late. You couldn't ruin her happiness now. So you shut her out. But it didn't even matter, she had already replaced you with someone better.

Time skip a decade (theoretically you are both 26 now)

It was now a week before her wedding and you couldn't decide if you were going to go or not. A part of you told you told that you should go to show her that you are doing great without her, but the other part is telling you no to go, knowing it was going to ache you. You didn't know if you could bear seeing her in her beautiful white dress getting married to someone who couldn't love her the same way you do.

Tyler ended up convincing to go with him and Jenna. Jenna was a bridesmaid which meant Tyler would have been alone, so you went with him to keep him company.

It was now the day of the wedding and Tyler had just parked his car outside of the venue in which the wedding was going to take place. "I don't think I can do this," you told the couple as you began to shake your leg up and down nervously.

"Yes you can, it will all be over soon," said Tyler trying to calm you down.

The three of you got out of the car, Jenna soon disappearing into a room where the rest of the bridesmaids were at. You were nervous, you haven't seen y/n in awhile. You walked to your seat, Tyler sitting right next to you. Thoughts floated through your head until you heard a piano beginning to play.

Everyone stood up, including you. The doors opened and you were amazed at how beautiful y/n looked. She locked her arms with her dad and continued to walk the aisle.

She soon reached the end of the aisle, reaching her groom. They both exchanged the words "I love you." ( "WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING." SAYS THE BRIDESMAIDS A WAITER.)

The ceremony soon began and the priest soon asked: "Does anybody object to the couple getting married?" Tyler nudged you.

"I'm not going to ruin her happiness, not now." You told him as he rolled his eyes.

The ceremony was finally over, and you couldn't bear to see her any longer. Emotions started to get to you, so you decided to leave. Tyler understood, so you called an Uber and went back to your apartment. If only she knew how much you truly loved her.

Y/n's P.O.V.

The wedding was now over and it was time to go to the ballroom where the party is going to be held. You had fun greeting the guest, seeing friends that you haven't seen in years. You were especially excited to see Josh. You walked up to the table where Tyler and Jenna were sitting, "Hey Tyler, thanks for coming."

"You're welcome." he says as he smiled.

"Where's Josh." you asked him.

"He left a while ago." he told you.

"Oh, well have fun you guys." you said as you walked away disappointed.

The night went on but you could not stop thinking about Josh. You walked into this empty hall that was in the building of the venue. You slid down the wall and sat down on the ground. You sat there for a good hour just thinking about him.

"If only he knew I love him too"
