chapter 2

This chapter has not been edited but once i finish the book i will 🙈

Sam has been wonderful to me over the few weeks. She signed me into a new school and offered to look after me. She treated me like her own daughter. I felt bad knowing that there is nothing i could do about it but i knew i would repay all her kindness someday.

My thoughts were interrupted by a faint knock on the door. I slowly got up form my bed and the comforting warmth left me. Sam left today so i hesitate before opening the door. The door open with a creek and in front of me stood Alex.

"Hey."

He said rubbing the back of his neck. Do i make him nervous? Why would i make him nervous? I realised him still standing there. He must think I'm weird. I opened the door wider so he could enter my room.

"Um.. U.sorry its not so clean "

I realised my room was a mess and it hasn't been cleaned in a week including my superman T-shirt I'm wearing. I'm the definition of a slob.

"I was wondering if you would like to hang out since you live here and we going to attend the same school...?"

OMG!! YES. His eyes have left mine and are now scanning my body. I must look like a cavewoman to him how embarrassing. I'm sure his mom forced him and he couldn't say no to her. No one can.

"I'd love too"

My voice sounded like a cat on steroids even though i have never heard one. His eyes still fixated on my body then his big blue eyes met mine. I get the erg to bite my lip so i do. What. Is. He. Doing. To. Me. My hart is beating faster i can hear his breathing. His gaze move to my lips.

"So wanna hang out by the park?"

He asked casually. How could he after what he just did to me. Oh i realised the T-Shirt i wear nearly covers my but and reveals my legs. I'm soooo dump! I quickly nodded like i had springs on my head.

"Give me ten minutes and I'll be there."

I assured him.

We walked to the park since he didn't have car. The walk was really fun we had light conversations mostly about me.

"So your fifteen and your birthday is on the twenty third of February"

I nodded his listening skills are really impressive. I still cant believe he remembers my birthday.

"So what's your favorite colour "

His face lit up by the thought of it but then his cheeks had a tint of red on them. Is he embarrassed aww.

"Purple"

He mumbled softly but loud enough for me to hear him. We share a favorite colour? Wow.

"Have you ever kissed someone?"

What did he just ask me curious much? What a weird question to ask yet i cannot answer him. Why it not like i am embarrassed but why? I shook my head

"Nope"

He took a step closer to me and i got lost in his eyes.

"Why not?"

I didn't know why. Its not like im waiting for mr. Right nor do i believe in love in first sight.

"I'm lesbian"

I said confidently like i was one. He chuckled. So he thinks this is funny.

"You think i would believe you?"

I gave him a hurt expression being the good actor i am he fell for it.

"Wait your serious? "

I nodded. He moved closer to me his eyes challenging me to close the space between us.

"Yes I am "

Moving closer. He pinned me down against the wall i couldn't move at all. Why was he so strong? Its not supposed to be humanly possible.

"You know why i don't believe you gay. ''

He whispers it with a husky voice.

"Why? "

He smiled and looked down at me.

"I can read minds "

Honey "

Mom's voice eccoing down the hallway. She always new i would come after a few minutes so she didn't try and call me again. I arrived there with a big grin on my face.

"Who ate the cookies "

Me but you will never know

"I have no idea"

i lied. Their under my bed she will never know i took them. I looked at her and she seemed amused by me which is so strange.

"So if i look under your bed there will be nothing "

She gave me a knowing smile. How could it be.

"How did you know "

She answered immediately

"I can read minds"

Since that day she always found out when i was lying

I realised he left me and we walking again but in a confterble silence .I wonder why he had stopped then realised that we back home.

"Wanna watch a movie"

He knew me to well. I follow him in the house and wondered what we going to watch

"Can i pick a movie? Where we going to watch it? Please let it be horror! "

He ignored me and led me to a place i never thought I'd be allowed in. He opened his bedroom door and let me in. His room was bigger and way neater than mine even putting it to shame. It smelt like coffee and was painted cream white with dark purple here and there.

"Your room looks great "

He must be a neat freak  sure of it. I stood there soaking the present of the room no wanting to ruin anything.

"Hoodie or T-shirt? "

I was confused then realised he wanted me to change into something comfterble. It still felt great a guy offering me something to wear that is his.

"T-shirt please "

He threw me a soft blue shirt and i went too quickly changed into it. Buy the time i came back everything was set all that was left was the movie

"Can i choose please !"

He looked amused for some reason and it bugged me.

"What"

I asked bitterly. And he leaned closer to me.

"I like that your into horror but it sucks cause you won't be scared enough to hold on to me"

I was confused and we watch the movie Mama which i know isn't that scary. But i liked the way things are sucks that school starts tomorrow.
