Chapter 11

Alex's POV

I was walking outside and heard mom telling Judy to be the responsible one. Well now all my plans have failed of making this place rule. I walked out and Judy's little body crashed onto mine. Her phone went flying and i saw the anger she had. She looked up to see it was me and her mood slightly change. I wanted to tell her i was sorry but didn't have it in me so I left after a few exchange of words. On my way to the lake a felt hot not cause i am but the weather. So i jumped in with a loud splash fully dressed. I then came out of the water and the sight a had broke my heart. Cal had been holding her hand and Jack congratulated with a nod. Heat of anger started to surround my body so i though of good things but she only came up. I then ran in and jumped again. This time it was louder and caught their attention before i knew if they were all jumping in the lake. I looked back and saw Judy why didn't she jump. Jack called me and told me his plan.

"Let's throw Judy in the lake what's the worst that could happen right"

We all nodded and laughed at his plan. I ran towards her so did Jack and we grabbed her and splash.... She didn't come out for air i was really worried... I could take it anymore so i jumped in after her. The water hurt whilst i was trying to look for her under water. The moment i laid eyes on her i began to panic.... We killed a girl at my mom's lake house!!! Calm down Alex breath. Oh fuck i can't breathe.

I quickly pulled her body out of the water and Cal looked panicked. So now his worried IDIOT. I then placed her on the floor I don't know any mouth to mouth. So i moved back. With a blink of the eye Cal came to the rescue. Even though him putting his lips on her made me angry she wasn't mine nor did she want to be.

Mom was right she told me i had feelings for her. Now i see them the way my mood changed when she was with Cal. How i get nervous to tell her something. But she doesn't care.

My thoughts were broken when she gasped for air. We all looked at her she was furious. She didn't even look who it was but i heard a powerful slap. All of us were shocked but Cal was the most since he did nothing. She watched him walk away before she stood up and went to the kitchen. I watched as she told him something then kiss his cheek with those soft lips. They never broke eye contact. I couldn't watch it anymore so i walked inside the kitchen with my bro Jack. Cal was standing behind her as she turned around.

"I'm wet"

Jack told me and i nodded with agreement. I took of my shirt since it was dripping on the wooden floor and threw it outside . Judy looked at me surprised . I saw Cal and Jack also removing theirs. Then her eyes moved to Jack then Cal behind her. She was thinking but about what.

"Hey man you've been working out? "

Cal asked me.

" No bro you know i stopped "

I said and we laughed knowing that was a big lie. I saw he had stopped laughing and was starting at Judy so did Jack. Cal tried to ask why but she stopped him from saying anything else. I left the room without looking back and took one of my blue shirts. When i came there i threw it to her.

"Now you have a dry one put it on"

She looked at Cal who said nothing. Then she fully opened it, it's the superman T-shirt which looks like hers. She seemed surprised. Mom had something to do about this.

"Is this yours? "

She asked me as i walked away laughing. I went to bed and tried to sleep but it was hard so i went to watch some series. As i walked i heard something was talking and there was a light. I looked who it could be and saw Jack and a sleeping Judy.

" Hey man"

I greeted Jack who just nodded.

"She didn't even last to see the middle "

We both laughed at that fact. Then I saw him busy on her phone. Typical Jack. I took her phone from him and smiled.

" I'm taking her to bed I'll be back bro"

He just nodded and started paying attention to the movie. I picked Judy up and went to her room as i placed her on her bed she said something. Sleep talker.

"Alex"

I heard her say and my hart started beating faster. I left her room and went to sit with Jack.

"I know your my friend but stay away from her. My brother really cares for her okay man"

I knew, that's why i wanted to be friends with her. Nothing more nothing less. But your lying to yourself and her. No I'm not.

"I know man... "

He looked at me but i ignored him. Then he sighed.

" You've already fallen for her man "

I looked at him but said nothing.

I woke up and took a shower and wore a short kaki pants with a white T-shirt. I then took some drinks Cal had brought with him and took a cooler to put them in. A few hours later the food was almost ready and Jack was texting someone. He must be texting her. No it could be anyone. I saw Cal leaving and a few minutes later she came walking hand in hand with him. She looked beautiful I wasn't sure is i should tell her or not.

As she sat on Cal's lap i saw her looking at the food i had prepared. So i placed them next to the drinks. Next thing i know she jumps of Cal's lap and goes for a peace of meat. I knew this would happen that is why i prepared one of my drinks the Mixer. The name was given by none other than Jack so i used it.

A few minutes later she had drunken it and five different types of beers how she was standing i didn't know. The moment she jumped into the lake and started drowning ,I had to get her to sleep so i jumped in after her.

"I'm taking her to her room"

I told Cal who agreed me taking her. As we reached her room she started closing her eyes. But opened them when i placed her on the bed.

"You should sleep"

I told her and she smiled. She is so beautiful.

"I like you"

She said. I wanted to tell her how i felt but i promised Jack and his the closest to brother a person can get.

"You like Cal too"

I said walking out before hearing what she wanted to tell me. I finally went to the kitchen to get things to clean up but found Cal there.

"How is she? "

He asked worried.

" She fine fell asleep in my arms"

I assured him even though i was lying it was for the best.
