A day with my boyfriend

"Love?"

"Hmm?"

"Gising ka na, bibili pa tyo ng school supplies."

He rose from bed and sat up.

"Anong oras na?"

"6:00 am."

"Ang aga pa, love. Tulog muna t--"

"Sige na, love!"

"Maligo ka na..."

"Ehh! Ikaw naman. Ako na nauna kahapon eh!"

Kenneth covered his face with the blanket and did not answer back.

"Nasan ba ang phone nito? Titignan ko nga ung photos nit--"

"Wag!"

He sat quickly and hid his phone from me.

"Ngayon, alam mo na ung pakiramdam ng makuhaan ng phone. Maligo ka na nga!"

"Maliligo ako pero ichacharge ko ung phone ko, wag mong pakeelaman!"

"Oo! I won't!"

He charged his phone and went inside the bathroom. I sat on the floor and took his phone. I looked at his phone. Then I realized that it was old. I sighed and stood up. I prepared my stuff and sat on the couch, and watched TV. Kenneth came out from the bathroom a few minutes later. Then it's my turn to take a bath. After taking a bath, We went to Mc Donalds to eat breakfast.

"Araw-araw ka bang pumupunta sa mall, love?"

"Hinde naman. Ngayon nga lang ako nakapagmall ulit eh. Since nung umalis ako sa bahay, hinde nako nagmall eversince."

"Okay... Anong bibilhin natin?"

"School supplies, ANOTHER set of clothes, groceries? Then a phone."

"Phone? Bago pa naman yang phone mo ah?"

He said while taking a look of my phone.

"Ahh, trip ko lang. Full memory na kasi ito eh."

"Then mag-erase ka."

"Ehh... Ayaw ko. Kain na lang tyo."

We ate our breakfast and left the restaurant. We went to the mall, then to National bookstore. I pulled my phone, where I type my list of things that I need for school then started walking.

"Love, mukhang prepared ka ah?"

"Oo naman! Doon muna tyo sa mga notebooks."

"Sige."

We went to the notebook station, and continued buying the rest of the supplies. We went to some stores and bought him some clothes. We went to the grocery store to buy some things for the condo. Kenneth grabbed a kart then we walked towards the food station. We bought some food, fruits then beverages. We went to the hygiene station then bought some tissues and stuff.

"Love, panglalake ung shampoo na yan."

"Alam ko. This is for you, not for me."

He left the kart and checked the price of the shampoo.

"Ang mahal oh! Ung mura-mura na lng, love."

"Hinde. Ito na. Ako naman magbabayad eh. Sige na!"

"Okay..."

We payed for our groceries then went to Power Mac Center.

"Kailangan mo ba talaga ng phone?"

I didn't mind him and continued to find for an Iphone 8 just like my phone. I purchased it, then the lady gave it to me. I gave it to Kenneth then he looked at me.

"This is for you, love."

"Huh? Taki, sobra na to--"

"Hinde toh sobra. Kung sobra, ibang sabihin nun mahal din kita ng sobra!"

I kissed him on the lips.

"Thank you, love."
