Si Ex?

Me and Kenneth were eating breakfast at the buffet downstairs. When we finished, we went out of the hotel and decided to go to the first activity. We hopped on the boat with the other passengers and the both took us to its first destination.

"Wow. Meron naman din palang Palawan dito sa Apayao eh..."

"Kahit saang lugar naman may maganda view."

While walking, somebody bumbed into us.

"Ouch! Ingat nga ky-- Kenneth?"

Kenneth took a better look at her then...

"Paulina?"

"Oh my gosh, Kenneth!"

The girl named 'Paulina' hugged him then he hugged back. Sa harap ko pa talaga ah?

"I missed you! Kamusta ka na?"

"I'm okay. Ay! Eto nga pala si Taki, ang girlfriend ko."

She looked at me then raised an eyebrow.

"Nice to meet you, Taki. I'm Paulina Aguire, Kenneth's EX-girlfriend."

"Nice to meet you, Paulina. I'm Takako Mary Sakaito. Kenneth's girlfriend, and as far as I know, walang ex ang boyfriend ko. Well, meron syang ka-MU na pinaasa lang sya, at hinde EX ang tawag dun."

"Wow. First meeting palang natin at pinapairal mo agad ang pride mo? Is that how you treat other people when you first meet them?"

"No, pero sa mga ex na katulad mo? Oo."

"Taki, tama na, dun na tyo. Umm, Paulina, sorry kay Taki. Excuse us."

"Its okay, I understand her. I hope to see you again?"

"Sure."

Paulina hugged him again but this lasted for a minute.

"So ano? Magyayakapan na lang ba kyo dyan? Mauuna na ko?"

I disturbed them. Kenneth pulled away and said goodbye to her. Kenneth pulled me towards the boat.

"Love, nakakahiya ung ginawa mo kanina."

"Ikaw pa ang nahiya? Wow ah. Diba dapat KYO ung mahiya sakin? Ang tagal tagal magyakapan kala mo kayo ung mag-jowa eh. At akala ko ba ka-MU mo na lang sya?"

"Ka-MU nga lang!"

"Then bakit sabi nya kanina ne ex mo sya?! Sabihin mo nga ung totoo sakin, Kenneth, EX mo nga ba sya?!"

"Oo!"

"Bat ka nagsisinungaling sakin?"

I left him and hopped on the boat.

"Taki!"

He shouted. He followed me to the boat and sat down beside me. I pulled my phone out and scrolled through it. He tried talking to me but I never minded him. Until he losed his patience, he pulled my phone away from me then yelled.

"Kinakausap kita, Taki!"

"Tsk! Akin na nga yang phone ko! May sarili ka naman diba?! Akin na kas--"

"Kausapin mo muna ako--"

"Hinde ako nakikipag-usap sa mga taong sinungaling! Pagbalik natin ng Laguna, syo na ung condo ko! Babalik na ko kina mommy, sa ayaw at sa gusto mo!"

I stood up and left him once again.
