Pinagkalayo?

"Taki?"

"Mommy?"

I ran towards my mother and hugged her.

"I missed you so much!"

I decided not to answer and just hug her instead.

"Taki! Good thing you finally made a decision! Akala ko maiiwan ako dito kasama ni mom at dad."

Jon said.

"Si Hera?"

Mom asked.

"Hinde po sya sumama. Ina-abuse po kasi sya ng asawa nya kaya iniwan nya na po. Pero... kapatid ng asawa nya ang pinalit."

"Hayy nako. Ewan ko ba dyan kay Hera. Lagi na lang matigas ang ulo!"

"Mom, wag nyo namang i-describe si ate Hera ng ganyan. She's still your daughter and she's still our sister."

Mom crossed her arms, then looked away.

"Tama si Taki, Ivy."

I saw dad walking towards us.

"Daddy!"

"Hello, anak. Mwah!"

I hugged my dad and he kissed my cheeks, just like old days.

"Pwede ba, Elbert? Wag mong i-spoil si Taki at Hera? They're grown ups now!"

"If they are grown ups now, why won't you let them free? Ivy, wag mong igaya si Taki at Hera syo. Hinde sila makulit, maharot at maldita, hinde tulad mo na hinde responsible, maldita at hinde kayang buhayin ang sarili. Pinakasal ka ng parents mo sakin dahil alam nilang hinde mo kayang maging responsable. Sa katunayan nga hinde ka parin nagbabago. At mas-responsable pa si Taki at Hera saiyo."

"Daddy, wag na po kayo mag-away ni mommy..."

"Tandaan mo, Elbert. Pag-ako napuno, ilalayo ko ung mga anak mo sayo!"

Mom walked away and went inside her room. Kuya looked at our dad then excused himself from us, he then followed mom in the room. I looked at my Dad and hugged him one more time.

"Taki, bakit ka pa bumalik dito? Diba I told you to never come back because your mom might continue the marriage?"

"Dad, hinde mangyayare un. Kung mangyare man, marami namang paraan para matigil ito."

My dad sighed and told me to go to my room and rest. And I did. I layed down on my bed and looked at my phone. I saw my lockscreen photo, it was me and Kenneth. I sighed as I remembered him. I didn't no leaving Kenneth would break my heart, even though we haven't broked up yet. I didn't know what came over me, jealousy? I don't know. I recieved a text from him and I tapped it quickly.
