We were working on stances, front, back, and horse to be exact, to make them stronger and my rear and places that are not appropriate to say feel so tense. Not only did we have to keep deep stances but we had to do this for seven minutes straight at each station/for each stance without switching legs unless the instructor for that station/stance told us to switch.
I may not feel pain.
But that means I feel fatigue TWICE as bad.
And I just.
Can't.
Live.
Woe I am, the agony.
My legs are going to be jello tomorrow. Just watch.
