FREE TIME...
THE FINE WEATHER with a cool breeze urged me to take a good sit in the woods under its cool shades. I pulled out my books as I sat under the shade of a tree. Favorite spot ko talaga 'to. Tahimik ang lugar at presko ang hangin. No one wants to hang in this place. Nakaka-bore daw... but they're giving me access to own this as my lounge so I don't mind.
I started reading and finished the first two chapters when the bell rang. Tinigil ko na ang pagbabasa at niligpit ang mga gamit ko. Tapos na pala ang lunch break namin.
I carried my stuffs and headed to my next class, which is, Laboratory Class. Pagpasok ko sa room, halos nasa loob na lahat ng mga kaklase ko at ang masaklap, wala ng safe na upuan ang natira.
First Vacant: Sa tabi ng Campus Goddess Queen Bee, walang iba kundi ang nag-iisang munting dyosa, Yshi Caico na naka-flat shoes lang ngayong araw.
Second Vacant: Sa tabi ng number one bully sa buong school, Sander Agustin.
Third Vacant: Uh, may naka-upo na, pinabantayan lang ng bestfriend niya?
Saan ako uupo? Ang hirap namang maghanap. Ang hirap mamili sa dalawang upuan na alam kong puro deadly. Hindi naman sa natatakot ako, pero ayoko kasing masabak sa gulo. Undecided pa rin ako hanggang dumating si Miss Avril— Laboratory Instructor namin. She frowned when she saw me still standing inside the classroom.
"Mr. Lywittz." She called out. I turn to her trying not to shiver in fear. I admit she's one of those scary teachers. "You're disturbing my class. Sit beside Miss Caico." Utos niya sa'kin kaya napilitan akong lumapit kay Yshi.
Wala namang pakialam si Yshi dahil mas busy siya sa pagsusulat ng kung ano-ano sa notes niya, ni hindi niya nga naramdaman na may umupo sa tabi niya. She's too focused.
This is the first time I ever come close to her. Or maybe this is the first time that she ever had a seatmate. Sa part ko naman maliban sa natatakot akong lumapit sa kanya, nahihiya din ako. I remember someone through her. Intimidating little gorgeous. I hope she's not as scary as I think she is.
Nagklase na rin si Miss Avril at nakikinig lang ako... err... half listening, since 'di ko rin kasi maiwasang 'di tumingin kay Yshi na nakayuko pa din. I think she's sketching something and no one dared to bother her— not even Ms. Avril. Well, Ms. Avril knows Yshi very much.
She's so busy that I can't help myself staring at her delicate and gorgeous face.
She's so beautiful...
Flawless.
She had this innocent face that no one would ever think she could make the whole campus tremble in fear with her presence. She has thick eyelashes that cover her sharp blue-green eyes, rosy cheeks that glow like a blooming flower, and red tiny lips that speak too much contempt.
Our Little Goddess...
I jerked silently when the bell rang that indicates our class dismissal. Saka ko lang na-realize na wala pala akong naintindihan sa lesson ni Miss Avril at nakatitig lang ako the whole time kay Yshi. How was that, huh?
Lihim na napailing na lang ako. First time ko kasing mag-slack sa klase. Buti nalang at 'di ako nahuli ni Ms. Avril na 'di nakikinig kundi lagot talaga ako. Ayoko namang magka-referral ng ganito kaaga at dahil sa tinitigan ko buong class period ang nag-iisang school Queen Bee. I would be dead if someone finds out. Yshi would fry me alive.
Next Class: Physics
WE RUSHED off back to our regular classroom this time for our next class. Dito 'di ko na classmate si Yshi pero mas madami namang bully dito.
