IT'S THE QUARTER meeting for the accounting department. All the Accounting Managers from different companies were called to gather in one place.

It's a day to review each company's goal and financial status as a whole. Figures were not discussed in this meeting, just how much percentage each company has contributed... if the contribution was decreasing or increasing. Each performance was based on their previous data report and everyone was getting nervous again.

Meeting their Chief Finance Officer never failed to give them chills. He's scary and he will always find fault in every reports they presented. If they would get major errors, one could bid goodbye after their meeting.

"Did you do well this quarter?" Someone asked their seat mate. They'd known each other not for long. She's serving Castelle Empire for seven months and her seat mate was just ten months older than her in the company.

The CFO tend to fire anyone who can't keep up on his goal. He is very scary and every inch of perfectionist.

"I hope so." He answered her fearfully. He'd done his best. He barely passed his expectation.

The CFO only offers four times of mistake, and that means one year experience in this field. If the performance didn't change, he will fire them for good.

For him, it's his third time and praying he won't mess this one. Iilan lang ang nagtatagal sa trabaho at gusto niyang mapabilang doon. Even though it was scary and hard to keep sometimes, he could not deny they offered the best. For him, these moments were only one-fourth of the comfort the company offers and he could not bear to lose it. There were many companies around— his college peers would talk, employees were struggling with their companies' benefits, so they envied him for the privilege he got.

After a couple of minutes, a beautiful very pregnant woman came. Kasabay neto ang CFO nila na si Sir Jace na may dalang mga naka-folder na papeles. Sa likod nila ang isa pang buntis na kasabay din ng secretary ng boss nila na si Paul.

Tahimik na nilapag ni Sir Jace ang hawak na folder sa mesa ng magandang buntis na kasama at pinaghila pa eto ng upuan. The beautiful pregnant woman is Yshi, she's one of the pioneer manager under Sir Jace's management. So far, they never heard she got scolded... not even once. They can see her as a perfect woman who can keep up Sir Jace's method and standard. They can't find fault anyway, Yshi is a very smart woman and she knew her job very well. She's beautiful, smart, and perfect. An image everyone in this room envied.

Si Paul naman inalalayan din ang kasamang buntis na matagal na ring nagtatrabaho sa pamumuno ni Sir Jace.

"Are you thirsty?" Mahinang tanong ni Sir Jace kay Ms. Yshi.

"I'm good." Ms. Yshi replied as she gently rub her stomach.

Sir Jace look at her stomach and gently caress it before turning to his employee.

"Good morning, Finance." He greeted everyone. That's how he address his Finance Managers. "Let's start our meeting." He said and nodded to his secretary.

Paul went in front as Sir Jace took a seat. Nasa gilid niya si Ms. Yshi na katapat ang upuan ni Paul.

The meeting went well and thankfully, the boss wasn't on the mood to fire them questions after questions. They are glad he's on good mood. He even talked to them about the latest trend and news.

Everyone left happily after the meeting was adjourn. Pero si Emma, isa sa pinakamatagal ng empleyado ay naiwan ang kanyang phone sa loob ng conference room. She's serving the company for years. Simula pa noong nagsimula pa si Jace sa pamumuno.
