Layla sat back in her bed, clutching the phone to her ear.
"I-I just wanted to-" Justin began.
"Don't start, Justin." Layla shook her head, sighing.
"You love me." He exclaimed as Layla began to hear voices. They were close. Justin, The stranger, was in the house... again. She hopped off her bed and locked the door.
"Aw... Too bad. Leave! Please!" She begged as Justin began quietly pounding on the door. He was waiting for her.
"Baby, I'm not going to hurt you." He whispered. Layla sighed and turned the lock. Justin quickly busted open, pulling Layla into his delicious arms. Layla didn't return the hug.
"Let... Go." Layla began, pushing Justin off. He let go. He smirked.
"So you let me in?"
"A stranger?" He added, pulling his jacket off and setting it on Layla's bed. Justin kept his eyes on Layla. He moved closer, with a look in his eyes that looked like he was fighting something. An urge? A feeling? Fighting himself. He looked interested, glancing at Layla's lips when he spoke. Layla could tell. Justin was intensely drawn to her. Layla nodded and crossed her arms over her chest.
"You said you wouldn't..." Layla trailed off again as Justin moved closer, an inch or two away from her lips. Her heart began to skip beats.
"You said... You..." Layla's eyes focussed on Justin's lips. She couldn't stop. She wouldn't. She wasn't going to kiss a complete stranger. The only thing she knew was his name. And there was a part of her that wanted to know him. All of him.
"Yes?" He asked, expecting to hear an answer from Layla. He would get an answer from her, but not with words. Layla began to lean in, So did Justin. Layla could feel herself giving in. She was giving into his eyes, His lips, His perfect, airbrushed, looking body. Layla knotted her hand in his hair. Justin locked his arms around her waist.
"What was I gonna say?" Justin smirked, speaking in a husky, yet sexy tone. Then, she pressed her lips to his. She didn't want to look away or let go. Before Layla knew, the adrenaline was pumping. Her head felt bloated. Almost like a bomb, ready to blow. Justin didn't stop. He still softly kissed her. He held himself back. And Layla didn't feel pressured. Justin began to pull away. He smiled.
"I thought you didn't know who I was." Justin grinned, sitting Layla down on the desk chair. He took a seat on the bed, across from her. Layla didn't know what came over her. She was probably just tired. That's right! Just a tired girl, getting confused. Layla set her shakey hand on Justin's chest. She could feel his heart-beat. B-bump. B-bump. B-bump.
"I don't... Something came over me." She began. Justin ran his hands through her soft, chocolate brown hair. His hazel eyes gleamed with happiness. For the first time since the accident, Layla caught herself smiling. Really smiling.
"I love you." Justin smiled, kissing Layla's forehead.
"I don't know if I can respond to that... Justin." Layla explained, tieingg up and cagging her thoughts and desires. 'It was just the hormones.' She thought to herself. Justin took her hand and squeezed it hard.
"Ok. That's fair. After all, You don't know me." He chuckled, bringing her hand to his wet lips. He kissed the tips of her fingers. And, all of Layla's skin began to burn. Her cheeks were on fire.
"Are you alright?" Justin asked, setting Layla's hand on his heart once more. She smiled once again.
"You've always loved the sound of my heart-beat."Justin whispered innocently into Layla's ear. Layla closed her eyes and set her head gently on his chest. Her eyes began to close. Layla could feel herself falling asleep to the sound of Justin's heart. Layla wanted the stranger. Layla wanted to kiss him once more. She wanted to touch him. Make him smile.
"Will you be here... When I wake up?" Layla asked, running her hand across Justin's cheek. He twirled a single strand of her hair in his fingers. He pulled Layla over to him, resting against the headboard so he could look at her.
"If you want me to." He spoke.
"I don't know..." Layla shook her head.
"You didn't mind me sleeping with you the first time."Justin smirked. He chuckled a bit, pulling himself upwards to Layla. He stared at her with loving eyes. They pulled her in. Layla laughed in confusion.
"You are such a perverted stranger." Layla laughed, smacking Justin's face with the pillow next to her. She felt like a child again. Free and happy. Did he do this? Justin? The Couch-boy? The boy who earlier in the day, sneak-kissed Layla? Maybe... he did. Layla rested her eyes now. She felt Justin wrap his strong arms around her waist, protectively. Layla closed her eyes and smiled. What about Tony? Would she just forget about the connection between Justin? Would she stay with Tony? She breathed helplessly heavy for a moment. Layla grinned.
"You look happy." Layla turned towards him. He was still smiling. He held her so gently.
"I am." Layla giggled slightly, falling asleep, fast... In the strangers arms.
