It's Not What It looks Like

It was the day of the dance, and everyone was excited, I was half excited but I tried to not let it bother me. The whole entire school was double checking the decorations, food, and everything, we also added a few items here and there.

"Hey Yoongi can you pass me the tape, this part of the banner is constantly falling off"

I got no response, and so I looked behind me, then I saw him talking to a girl other than me, which is surprising, not because I'm trying to keep him to myself, but because this is the first time I'm seeing him talk to someone by himself.

"It's probably his date to the dance" I thought to myself

No, he told me to be patient, I can't start jumping to conclusions like that, Yoongi might get mad at me for it

I slapped myself 

While Yoongi was busy talking to the girl, I worked on the banner by myself.

"Hey sorry, I'm back, need help with anything?" Yoongi asked

I shook my head.

"I did everything while you were gone, so I don't need anymore help" I said without turning around to look at him 

A frown formed upon Yoongi's face as if something happened, I turned my head to see Yoongi's face, I quickly noticed and reacted fast.

"It's alright, it wasn't that much work, now get rid of that ugly frown off your beautiful face" I smiled while pinching his cheek, and he smiled back at me, flashing his gummy smile.

"I know you told me to be patient, but... Was that girl you were talking to earlier your date?" I asked with a smirk

"No it isn't, wipe that smug look off your face" He pinched my nose

"Ow! Let go, I'm sorry my lord, please forgive my nose and I!" I squealed

Yoongi let out a satisfied chuckle, and let go to my nose

"Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer" Yoongi teased

"Aish! This child" I smacked his arm which caused him to laugh

Everyone was either in a classroom talking to each other, or walking around the school. Yoongi and I decided to go to the piano room, I wanted to learn how to play the song that Yoongi played all the time, my favorite, I think he said the song was called 'I Need U'.

Yoongi was sitting down at the seat in front of the piano, when I asked him

"Yoongi, can you teach me how to play 'I Need U' on the piano like you do?"

Yoongi was surprised by my question, but I didn't know why. He recollected himself, and he signaled for me to sit in the chair. I walked over and sat down, as he stood up

"Aren't you going to sit down?" I asked Yoongi

He shook his head as a response, and so I pouted my lip, and forced him to sit next to me. Yoongi was teaching me step-by-step, on which key to press, and what note I needed to play, and of course I learned quickly, it was pretty easy to play actually.

After a while of processing everything, I wanted to try and play the song by myself, I told Yoongi to sit down and listen, he did as told. I played the piano, the sounds of the notes being played echoed throughout the room, it was nice to listen to, when I finished playing, I was so proud of myself, when I looked over at Yoongi, he was asleep on the floor, I checked the time

"We still have a lot of time until the dance starts" I decided to lay on the floor next to Yoongi, and drifted to sleep.

When I woke up Yoongi was still asleep, I checked the time, and there was still a lot of time left, so I let Yoongi sleep more. I rolled over to look at Yoongi, he looked like a little kitten, so cute, I sat up and continued to check the time, minuted passed, I got bored of staring at the wall, so I decided to make something to eat with the things that I brought. Time flew by, and I finished making food for Yoongi and I, I smiled at my work and put it away carefully.
