After what the nurse saw of me, I decided to not sleep. I know it sounds like a dumb idea, but what if next time, it isn't a doctor or staff that caught me? I don't want to risk anything, especially when I know Yoongi comes to visit everyday. I would know what time he comes, but he doesn't have a specific time, he only comes when it's convenient. Since I've woken up, I didn't dare to try and go back to sleep, I was too scared. While I was lost in my thoughts, the door suddenly opened, startling me a bit.
"Hello Ms. Y/N, how was your morning?" The doctor asked me, keeping a bright smile.
"It was alright, how about yours?" I faked a smile trying to hide any type of concern.
"Mine's been fine, thank you for asking" The doctor sat down next to me pulling out some files.
"So.. What's wrong doctor?" I asked trying to keep calm.
"What makes you say there's something wrong?" He laughed a little.
"You don't just come in here to talk, when you do come into a room, then you have news for the patient, it's either good news, or bad" I kept calm.
"Well aren't you an observant one" The doctor chuckled.
"But, that wasn't what I meant when I asked that" The doctor chuckled once more.
"Then what did you mean doctor?" I tilted my head to the side.
"What I meant was, 'what makes you think that I have bad news for you?'" The doctor smiled.
"So if it isn't bad news, then what is it?" I was getting impatient for what the doctor was going to tell me.
"Well, we've been checking your progress for the past month you've been here, and it seems as though most of your ribs have healed" I nodded my head listening carefully.
"Since you seem to be feeling alright, we're going to finally discharge you, congrats!" The doctor did a small clap.
"Really?" I seemed surprised, but in reality I didn't feel any kind of emotion.
"Yes really! You're going to be able to leave the hospital and back into your own home. But I do have some precautions for you. Only most of your ribs healed, but that doesn't mean all of it's healed, so while doing anything involving any activity, try your best to avoid those activities, and if you have to, then just take it slowly. Other than that, you're free to go now Ms. Y/N, Mr. Min is waiting for you outside now, have a great day!" With that, the doctor left.
I took in a deep sigh before getting up off the bed. I walked over to the door, and when I opened it, a smiling Yoongi sat there happily. He got up off the seat.
"You're finally free to go home with me!" He sounded so excited, I didn't want to ruin his current mood. I faked a smile.
"Yay!~" I giggled.
"Come on, let's go" He smiled before facing his head forward and walking with me following behind him.
I was so lost in my own thoughts half way through the drive home that I didn't notice we we're actually home.
Yoongi called out to me multiple times, when he finally got my attention he asked if I was alright, but I replied with an 'I'm fine'. He nodded his head and left the car, he didn't look like he believed me a single bit though.
He walked over to me on the other side of the car.
"You sure you're alright?" He asked again.
I didn't say anything but nod my head and hummed as a response. Yoongi still looked as if he didn't believe me, but he didn't say anything else after.
