Li Yuan

Now that everyone on their list has been gathered apart from Yan Zhi,  I move to begin the execution of the second phase of my plan.  Still within the dungeon which is holding Li Yuan, I immediately wrap Qing Cangs son into a holding spell which is so strong and powerful, that only I alone will be able to free him from it, then placing him into a deep coma, his body is encompassed inside a holding cell, which is then lifted onto a transportation cloud and taken from the dungeons.

From there, I alone will deal with his body, I do not want any of my Disciples to know of his whereabouts, should they be taken captive and their minds read.  I then transport Li Yuans body to the Contemplation Bridge, and his body is lowered into the very depths of the Mountains core to be kept safe until it is time for retribution.  And because the Mountains core contains Kunlun Mountains core essence, Li Yuan, being of the dark realms will not be able to fight against the powerful energy of the Upper Realms, his mind, body and soul has effectively been immobilized.  Not even Qing Cang himself will find him.

The days events have been tiring, and I am weakening, but with so much to do, I cannot falter now.  There is still Li Jing to deal with and as for Yan Zhi, she will need to be found quickly if she is to survive the coming war, which I know is inevitable.  After today, there is no turning back, I can only hope. that Ye Hua, who has just arrived will understand why we took the path we did, that he will come to see the greater picture and stand by me as his brother, as his only living blood kin.  And as for The Skylord, I will speak to Ye Hua first, I am certain that between the two of us, we will come up with a viable plan for him.

In the meantime, I make my way back to The Main Hall to meet with my Disciples and The Fox Clan members that have returned.  On entering, most of my Disciples are there, and their conversation is quite animated as they discuss the events of the morning, and the role that each one played.  It isn't until I am halfway into the hall, that I notice Qi, who is sitting to the far end of the hall, well away from his brothers  with his head in his knees.

Frowning, I make my way to him, only to have him look up at me with the darkest of eyes that I have ever seen on the boy.  The anger in his face is palatable and as he rises to meet me, I can feel the dark energy of his aura swirling about him, though he is struggling to keep it under control.  His fists are clenched so tightly, the knuckles on both hands have whitened against his trembling body, I can see I am going to have to deal with him first.

"Qi?" I say,  but his obvious anger merely heightens when I smile softly at him.  I am not altogether sure why his demeanor has changed, but I can actually feel hate coming from him, and it seems to be directed at me and I am not liking it one bit.

Moving forward quickly I grab him by the arm and lead him back to my study.  He does not fight me, though I can feel the intensity of his emotions as they rage through him, and I can also see, that whatever he has to say, is for my ears only.

Sitting down, I invite him to sit, but he refuses instead remaining standing defiantly in front of me.

"I said sit down Qi." I don't want to antagonize him any more than he already seems to be, but I won't allow defiance in my presence. And as the words pass my lips he throws a resentful look in my direction but complies non-the[less.

I begin the conversation for him, because I want him to think carefully before he speaks, and this will allow him the time to gather his thoughts in an appropriate way, because his whole body language is so unsettled, I fear he will not consider the position he is in right now.  "Qi, you know you can talk to me about anything.  Whatever's troubling you, speak your mind." I say a little more gently with a smile of encouragement.
