Chapter Four~Searching For My Love

~Phoenix's POV~

It's been two days since I left, Jack hasn't tried the mind-link, I guess Mineran hasn't woken up. I am climbing down a mountain right now. I saw something glowing in the distance so I thought I should check it out. I get to the bottom of the mountain and start heading for the object I saw. As I walk I see things flying around me, they aren't birds. I don't know what they are but I can tell they are trying to stop me from getting to something.

~Mineran's POV~

I have asked everyone in the pack, accept Jack, where Phoenix is. No one knows and it worries me. What if he was taken, or worse, killed. My mind races as I think of where he might be. I had put Jack in the holding cells. He had hurt a little girl who was trying to help his Luna. I'm not exactly Luna yet, Phoenix has to mark me in order for me to be Luna. I walk down to where Jack is. 

"Oh hello Luna, come to beat me?" I roll my eyes at his comment. 

"Where did Phoenix go?" His eyes become sly and it annoys the hell out of me.

 "Give me a kiss and I will tell you where he is. Give me a second chance and I will mind-link him to come back." I want Phoenix back but i'm not giving Jack another chance. I'm sure as hell not kissing him.

 "If I hug you will you tell me why he left?" 

He thinks, but doesn't speak. He shakes his head and walks up to me, luckily there are metal bars between us. He reaches his arm through the gaps between the bars and grabs my throat. 

"Do you honestly think I will tell you where Phoenix is? You are meant to be with me. I am supposed to be with the Moon Goddess!" I'm starting to think he is a control freak.

 "If you were meant to be with the moon goddess why was she mated to someone else? She isn't meant to be with you! She hates you!" His eyes went black and I could feel his hand tighten around my neck. 

"Please Luna, I don't want to hurt you, just let me be with you. Leave Phoenix and be with me! I can protect you better than he can!" 

I can't speak anymore, I can't even breath, but I don't care. 

Hey everyone, sorry for the later chapter. I had hoped to get this chapter published sooner but school has been fucking up my schedule. Since there was no school today I decided to finish and publish this chapter. Hope you enjoyed it!
