Chapter Seven - At Last I'm Home

~Phoenix's POV~

She has agreed to go back,  I can't believe it. I actually got her to go back with me.

As the goddess and I start walking back to the pack house, something stops me. This is a little strange. Jack hasn't tried to contact me, and I don't think she has waken up but I feel like she has. I push the feeling and continue walking, I'll find out if she is awake or not in a few days.

~Mineran's POV~

I continue to memorize everything in the room, its been a few days since I was attacked by the 'strange man' but I honestly don't think he meant to hurt me. I hear someone walk up to the door, then it opens. Someone walks in that I recognize. Why is he here? How did he find out where I was? 

"Hey Mineran, I'm so sorry for harming you! I saw that guy hurting you and I snapped." 

"It's ok, I'm glad you're not dead." 

"Ya, same to you. I couldn't live with myself if I had killed you." 

"It's ok Zane, I didn't know that you had been here otherwise I would've greeted you."

 He sits on the bed, his eyes look different than last time I saw them, they now look a dark green with a bit of black, unlike when they were ocean blue with a bit of lime green. Only alpha's have dark eyes and a bit of black, does that mean he's an alpha? If he is an alpha, who is his mate? I let my mind race with questions.

~Two Days Later~

~Phoenix's POV~

I see the pack house now, it's in clear view, but something looks wrong about it. The energy around the house feels different, like something bad happend and can't be fixed, like a bird's wing being ripped off. I want to hurry but the Moon Goddess beside me might not want to, she has been taking her sweet ass time on everything. She even took her time to get out of the danm storm yesterday to get into a small wolf cave. I'm starting to think she doesn't even wanna be here. She hasn't talk this entire time, she seems to always want to go back to the temple, and when I asked how she was going to help Mineran she just shrugged like she didn't give a shit.
One of the children of the pack runs up to me, he name is Jess. 

"Alpha! I'm so glad you're back! Luna has been worried about you."

 Wait, Mineran is awake? Why didn't I know about this? I need to find Jack!

As I walk around trying to find Jack, the Moon Goddess follows and I can hear her mumbling something. I turn around to face her, and behind her I see Mineran with another person. He is also an alpha, I can tell by his eyes. Mineran tackles the guy and pokes him. She also laughs and hugs him. Has she replaced me? I growl loudly and Mineran's eyes meet mine, her face turns pail.
