Chapter One~The Enchanted Soul

~Phoenix's POV~

I wake up to the sound of my alarm going off. I see the time, 7:34 A.M. Shit im late for my meeting! I quickly get up and run to my closet. I find a white shirt, blue jeans and a pair of black and white shoes. I put all of it on and then look in the mirror. My hair is a mess of dark blue with one chunk black. I rush into the bathroom and grab a comb, then I run the comb through my hair and it straightens out. I grab my phone, turn off my alarm, and grab the stuff I need for my meeting with the other alpha of the pack on the other side of the forest full of pine trees, and oak trees. When I reach the door I look back at the bed where Mineran is laying, still asleep. Her light brown hair spread across the pillows. Her purple shirt can be seen through the white sheets and her porcelain skin shines as the sunlight hits it. I smile to myself and open the door. I walk out of the room, down the hallway, and into the office room. As I walk into my office I see my Beta sitting in the chair next to my desk, then the alpha is sitting in the chair that's in front of my desk, his Luna sitting in the chair next to him. 

"Hello Alpha Danial. I didn't expect you to be here so soon." 

He looks at me like i'm something on display at a museum that he is thinking about buying. 

"Alpha Phoenix, where is your Luna? She is supposed to be with you during this meeting."

 I tell the truth. 

"She is still asleep. She didn't sleep well last night and I didn't think it would be fair to her if I woke her up without her getting enough sleep." 

He nods his head and I sit down, the meeting has started.

~Four Hours later~

The meeting finally ended and i'm currently making lunch for Mineran. She has been sleeping all day  so I think it would be nice if I had her lunch done when she wakes up. Most of the time she eats two fish sandwiches and a bowl of chicken salad. She is very weird but I love her for it. I put the food on the counter and walk up the stairs up to my room. I open the door when I finally reach it and walk inside. I look at the bed and see that Mineran is still asleep. I walk over and sit on the bed next to her. I can see that Cassa hasn't fully healed Mineran, her arms still have cuts on them. I start having flashbacks

Sensing that she is near

Hearing her screams echo through the empty pack house

Her cries stopped all of a sudden and I knew she was in trouble

I walked down to the basement to see someone choking her

I tackled him and ripped his throat out and picked up Mineran

I had told her "Its ok my little moon goddess, nothing can hurt you now that im here." 

I had lied to her. I couldn't keep her safe. She was take because I didn't send someone with her. She almost died because I couldn't find her. The smile on my face had gone once the flashback was finished, now i'm just looking at Mineran while she sleeps in my bed. My girlfriend, not my Luna. She hasn't let me mark her yet, I don't think she ever will. I put my hand on her shoulder and shook her slightly, trying to wake her up, but she just lay there with her eyes closed and breathing slowly. She was still asleep. I shook her a bit more but she still didn't wake up. I mind-link my Beta to come to my room immediately. 

Five minutes later Beta Jack comes crashing through the bedroom door. 

"Alpha you called for me, is something wrong?"

 He looks at Mineran and notices the way i'm looking at her. 

"Alpha, whats wrong with Luna?" 

I just shake my head then say what is going on.

 "She won't wake up, I don't know why but she won't. She has been sleeping all day and last night she slept a bit."

 I look at Jack and see his eyes go soft with worry.

 "Alpha, do you know of the enchanted soul?"

 I look away from Jack and back to Mineran.

 "I don't have any time for your stories Jack! Right now i'm more worried about Mineran!"

 I growl a bit. 

"It's not a story! I believe it can help Mineran, and if you don't search for it I will!" 

~Mineran's POV~

The sky is dark and cold. The moon calls to me and the ocean sings. The rays of the moon lift me up and pull me towards it. I reach for the moon and I feel the sweet vibrations of the ocean through the moon. I sit on the moon and watch the ocean it's calm along with me. I push and pull my arms through the air and see that the ocean has waves now. I look along the shore and see a girl dancing by the water. When she steps in the water glows. I feel like I know her dance, I get up and do the same movements as her, I feel free. The moon that I dance on glows brighter when I dance. I can tell the girl notices because now she reaches for the moon as she dances. We dance in perfect harmony. As the ocean glow starts to spread I can feel the vibrations with in it. It feels amazing. I finally know what it means to be a goddess. To help others, to try and create a perfect world with one another. Who ever is dancing in the water, is the person I want to meet.
