"Why would he s-say those things." I sobbed on Christina's lap, drunk and mentally exhausted.
"He was hurt." She rubbed my arm and pulled my hair back into a very messy bun for me. "He cried as he typed those things. Then he got drunk last night and laid on me as well, even the boys couldn't cheer him up.
"I-I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Y-" I hiccuped and shot out of her lap, lifting myself up to puke into the toilet. Chris held my fly-aways out of my face and tickled my back. "You know I would never cheat on him."
"Go to sleep love." She whispered and looked away out the bathroom door where a boy with curly hair stood, looking down on me with pity.
"Please believe me." I looked her in the eyes and she shut hers. "Please Chris I-I need you on my side. I love him - god I love him so much. Please believe me. I need you on-n my side Christina I-"
"Get some sleep Felicity." She sighed and I gave up, resting my head on the wall behind me and closing my eyes. I let the tears return when I opened my eyes,
And Christina was gone.
