I smiled and Nicole and Veronica came out and suddenly stopped and Nicole said "I am sorry if we were interrupting something." I shook my head no and I said "I was just going to come inside and look for you guys anyways." I got up and I smiled and Colin and I said "I will see you tomorrow?" He nodded and he said "Of course!" He kissed me and I saw Nicole's mouth drop open and I grabbed my keys and I left with the girls. While driving home I heard Nicole say "What about Henderson?" I said "I can't wait. I am moving on Nicole. He had his chance to make a move but didn't." Nicole said "How are you feeling right now knowing he is probably at home heart broken?" I stared into the road and thought about it. I never wanted to hurt Liam's heart but what is the point to waiting? Colin had the guts to tell me he is willing to be seen with me and not be ashamed of it but Liam I still have feelings for him and I cannot stop. Everywhere I go I think about him. Did I make a mistake and let my head get the best of me? I surely hope not.
I pulled into the driveway and I unlocked the door and I told the girls to go upstairs and to wait for me. I went into the kitchen and I sat down and I called Liam praying that he would answer. But he didn't and I felt hopeless. I left a voicemail and said "Hey it's me. When you listen to this message please come over so we can at least talk about it. And I love you but I cannot wait for something that is never going to happen." I hung up and I tied up my hair and went and changed and Nicole said "(Yn) I am sorry." I said "It's okay Nicole you didn't mean it. I mean you are right I wasn't thinking of how Liam was feeling." Veronica said "Well at least we had a hell of a time at the party." I nodded and I said "Yeah and we also have school tomorrow morning and the first football game. Are we going to the bonfire?"
Nicole said "I can't go to the game because I have to go spend time with my old grandma who needs a hearing aid because she can't hear the TV even when it is on max." I smiled and I said "I am going to go study and try to at least focus on my academics this year." Veronica said "Well with me being Asian my parents have high expectations of me." I said "Alright it's late we should head to bed. You guys go to the bed on the other side of the room." There was a bed across from mine since my room was huge and they got up and slept in it. I threw a pillow at them and I said "Good night I love you!" I turned off the light and I fell asleep. I had a dream that Liam and I were at the beach watching the sunset holding hands and he gave me the cutest speech. He looked at me and said "If you love somebody, set them free. If they return, they were always yours. If they don't, they never were." And he started to sing "Well I can tell you're afraid of what this might do.Cause we got such an amazing friendship and that you don't wanna lose. I heard my alarm and woke up. This was going to be a rough day I promise. I showered and put on skinny jeans and a lace t-shirt and woke up the other girls. While we were getting ready I saw that I had a voice mail on my phone. I listened to it and it was Liam. "Hey I got your call last night and I called to just to say it's okay to move on. You deserve better in life someone that makes you happy and smile. Someone that makes you feel more than a million of dollars. But just know that I want you to fall in love with me. I would do anything in the entire world to call you mine and if I have to I would take a bullet for you just to show you how much I care. But you moved on and just know if he doesn't treat you like your perfect then let me know because I will always be standing here waiting for you whether it be today, tomorrow, months, years, or the next life. I just wanted you to hear that from me."
I started to cry and I saw my mom come up and she said "Liam called and I told him you were sleeping. Everything alright? Why are you crying?" I hugged her and I said "Mom I am a horrible person." She looked at me confused and she said "Why?" I said "I broke Liam's heart." She sighed and she said "Well he is downstairs. He wanted to talk to you before school started. So why don't you clean up and go meet him downstairs. There is breakfast in the fridge for you guys." I nodded and I cleaned myself up and I walked downstairs and Liam was sitting in the kitchen and when he saw me and he said "Morning darling. We need to talk." I sat down and I looked around and I said "Alright start talking." He looked at me and sighed and I knew this was not going to be good at all.
