I woke up to the sun shining bright into the room and I looked around and I turned around and Liam smiled and he said "Good Morning Princess." I smiled and I said "Good morning Liam poo?" He laughed and he said "LIam poo?" I said "I gave you a nickname." He kissed the top of my forehead and he said "I love it!" I got up and I said "I know!" The nurse came in and she said "Mr. Henderson I have to take some blood work and then you are free to go home." I smiled and I said "Liam poo you heard the nurse. I will be outside." I left Liam in the room with the nurse and I went and called Colin. He didn't pick up and it went straight to voice mail. I sighed and I said "Hey Colin. Can we talk things over dinner? I need to talk to you. Just give me a call back when you get this message." I am going to break up with Colin. I think it's the best thing for me to do. Am I going to regret it? Probably but I want to keep something I have instead of fighting for something I want. It's for the best.
The nurse came out and she smiled and she said "He is all yours! Have a great day!" I smiled and I said "Thank you!" Liam came out and I grabbed his hand and I smiled and I said "Are you ready to go?" He nodded and he said "I am starving! Can we stop somewhere and get something to eat?" I laughed and I nodded and I said "Of course we can!" We walked up to the car I drove to a small diner along the beach and we sat down and we ordered our food and I smiled and I said "How are you feeling?" He said "I feel a lot better!" I leaned over the table and I kissed him and I said "Well that is very good news to hear!" He said "I know! Thank you for coming and see me in the hospital!" I said "I love you and I wanted to make sure that you are okay. But I must ask you something!" He tilted his head and he said "Go ahead ask me anything!" I said "Now that we are together what do you think people are going to say. I know that you worry about your popularity status."
He grabbed my hand and he said "That doesn't matter to me.As long as I have you by my side then nothing else matters. I am tired of trying to impress people because at the end of the day I am not impressing anyone I am only pushing them away and it's hurting them." I smiled and I said "You have no idea how much you mean to me. Being with you never felt wrong. It's the one thing I did right. You're the one thing I did right. I make a lot of mistakes in life but I don't keep making the same mistakes over and over again. I learn from them. You make me happy and you make me feel like no one else does. You make me feel like I have meaning to this world and that my life has color to it and that it is just not black and white. So thank you baby. I have been waiting to say this but I didn't wanted to sound like it was planned." I started to cry and I said "You are the most amazing person ever. We might have our differences but that makes us attracted to each other."
The food came out and he said "Enjoy your food beautiful." I laughed and I said "Alright." We listened to the music that was playing and we had our conversations that made me laugh. I am glad that I stayed and fought for Liam. It feels right being with him. I felt my phone buzz and I saw I had a text message from Colin and he said "Sure we can talk over dinner." I have to break up with Colin. Liam looked at me and he said "Is everything alright!" I nodded and I said "It's just my mom she asked if I can grab some milk on the way home." He smiled and he said "I hope to meet your parents one day!" I said "Pretty soon!" We finished eating and I offered to pay the bill until Liam hit my hand and I said "Ouch!!" He smiled and he said "As long as I am alive you are not to touch a bill like this." I laughed and I said "Is that so?" He nodded and he paid and then we stopped at the store and drove home.
He said "Thank you for taking me out. I will talk to you tonight?" I nodded and I said "That would be lovely." He kissed me and he walked home and I went inside. I skipped to the living room and I stopped and I said "Colin?" He turned around and he said "Your mom let me in." I said "What are you doing here?" He looked at me and he said "I am taking you away with me. I made a mistake you don't belong with Liam. You being with me and no one else." He kissed me and he said "Come on let's run away together and be together forever!" I pushed him away and I ran for the front door before I was pushed so hard I went flying. This was a nightmare. Please tell me this was not happening to me right now.
