Gone Forever: a three days grace fan fic: book three

chapter twelve

Adams Pov

The concert was about to start. To say that I was nervous was an understatement. I wanted to do well last concert for Max. She would want me to do well tonight.

I watched as Three Days Grace walked onto the stage.

They were about to start.

"Hey guys. We are Three Days Grace. Before we start for Adam here, I want to say a few words." Matt said to the crowd.

"You all know that this concert is about the late Maxie Gontier Sanderson. Well, I recently realized that when Max was alive, she was trying to teach us something. She taught us that no matter what, things will always get better. Even when you feel like you hit rock bottom, there will be people there for you to help you get better. With Maxie's story, I learned that you could always get back up on your feet after you fall down. But you may only be back on your fee for a short while. Because there would always be those people who would make you feel lesser than yourself.

Max knew how corrupt the world was. With her music she tried to tell us how corrupt it was. She wanted to tell the world that it was not a good place to live in. With people telling you things to make you feel unimportant, she wanted to get a message out. She wanted people to know that there will be that group of people that despise you, and that group of people that love you. You just had to look hard enough to figure out who those people are.

And without further adieu, we are going to play her favorite song Never Too Late."

I thought that Matt's words were beautiful. And I did realize that what he said was true.

Max wanted us to know that it was ok to fall down sometimes.

You just needed to find those people that love you and that would help you get back on your feet.

Authors note:

There is only going to be a hand full of chapters left.
