Day 23

      Ace was in his room as he was packed up. Dia was getting out of the hospital today and he was leaving back to his home town. He got all of her things as well as his own before putting it in Ry's car, as he offered them a ride to the airport. When he got to the hospital, Dia was outside with a nurse waiting. She smiled and got in as the two shared a kiss. He wrapped his arm around her as she leaned into him and fell asleep on the way to the airport.

      When the two got off the plane, Ace took Dia's hand and they both grabbed their bags before heading out. He smiled when he saw his brother, Rob.
     "Hey Ace! Good to see you! Who's this?"
     "Hey Rob! This is Dia. My girlfriend." Ace smiled as Dia blushed a bit.
     "Decided to step up the relationship goal, did you?" Rob chuckled. "Nice to meet you, Dia. I'm Robert or Rob. Ace's younger brother."
     "Nice to meet you to, Rob." Dia smiled.
     "Well, let's get going." Ace said as the two nodded before getting in the car.
      When they arrived at Ace's house, Elizabeth smiled and hugged Ace. He smiled and hugged her back as Cassy came down and jumped on him.
     "Enjoy yourself?" Quin asked as he smirked.
     "You behave." Ace told him as he wrapped his arm around Dia.
     "So you finally have a girlfriend?" Cassy smiled. "I'm Cassady! Cassy for short."
     "Diamond. Dia though." She smiled.
     "That's cute." She smiled. Ace smiled as the girls started talking.
     "Didn't think you'd fall for anyone when you were away." Quin chuckled before Rob hit him upside the head. "Ow! Rob!"
     "Don't be an idiot in front of her." He pouted before going outside as Ace chuckled.
     "I take it he hasn't found anyone?"
     "Nah. Unless he's hiding it." Rob chuckled. "Anyway. You two hungry? Mother is making our favorite."
     "Sure." He smiled. "Dia?"
     "Oh sure." Dia smiled. That night at dinner, the whole family conversed and asked how Ace and Dia met. They told them the whole story.
      After dinner, Rob and Cassy volunteered to clean while Ace showed Dia to his room. Dia smiled and sat down on the bed.
     "Sorry is Quin was being an idiot. He's like that."
     "It's okay. Your family is very nice."
     "I told you." Ace smiled as he sat down next to her, wrapping his arms around her. She smiled and leaned into him. She could really get used to this..
