Jungkook smiled, "I forgive you."

My eyes widened at Jungkook's response, "Really?"

He nodded, "I understand. And because I am such a good friend, of course I won't spread it to others. That was so long ago, and I understand your reason. It was your first mission - I could tell your desperation."

"Just promise me you won't try to kill me or Jimin anymore." he joked, holding up his pinky finger. I felt myself smiling as I intertwined my pinky finger with his. My explanation was always so vivid, and Jungkook was really cool about it.

Things were too good to be true.

"Hold me back from beating up Taehyung," Jimin laughed softly, tapping his fingers on the wooden table. You see, Taehyung told us to meet him here in the coffee shop to ask us for some help, but we've been waiting here for almost an hour.

"Hello!" Jin entered the coffee shop, his voice attracting the attention of other customers. Jungkook lightly slapped his shoulder for being embarrassing.

"Taehyung told you to come, too?" Jimin questioned. "Well, it is a Taehyung thing to do. But what's with him calling us here so early and being late himself?"

"Maybe he overslept." I tried to pull on some possible excuses. But really, I don't think anything bad happened to Taehyung.

"He's not replying to any of my messages." Jungkook pointed out, and Jin laughed.

"Probably revenge - it literally took you a month to reply to my latest message to you." Jin clicked his tongue, acting disappointed in Jungkook. I chuckled softly as they teased each other, though I was starting to get worried.

"Really though.. where is he?" Jimin seemed genuinely worried too.

The door opened, revealing Taehyung, dressed in high-end clothes. He took off his shades and sat down on an empty seat, grinning at us nervously. "Yah, everyone, I'm so sorry for arriving late. I thought twice about it."

"Taehyung," Jimin's voice was low, and he looked up. "How dare you cheat on me for Jungkook and Jin-hyung!" he faked a cry, and Taehyung laughed softly.

"And I'm too shy to tell you guys now." Since I was always good at telling emotions - I could tell Taehyung was going to ask advice of some sort. I know nothing bad was happening, basing on his tone. It was probably something like..

"It's okay." I reassured, smiling. He seemed to light up at the sight of me.

Taehyung bit his lip, and it took him a while to answer. "You see, I've been thinking about it for a while.. I really love Yuna." he said slowly.

"Yah, we already know that." Jin nodded.

"And she's graduating from med school a few months from now." he pointed out. "And well.. the thing is, I want to.. propose to her."

"Omo?" Jimin's eyes widened, and his voice raised a bit. He squinted his eyes, "Taehyung, how old are you and Yuna?"

He frowned, "I'm the same age as you!"

Jimin nodded slowly, "You're really going to propose to Yuna?"

"No, you can't marry her!" Jungkook declined. "She's my best friend."

I laughed softly, and turned to Taehyung. "Really Taehyung, I don't get why you're nervous."

"She might say no." he sighed. "I'm afraid she'll say no. But if she does, I will still wait for her to be ready. What do you think?"

Jin was quiet, as if he was thinking of something related to the situation. I flashed Taehyung a reassuring smile, "Go for it. I don't know her as well, but I can tell she really loves you. You two already seem like you're married, living in the same apartment. I know you're considerate, Taehyung. I know you wouldn't even think about this in the first place without looking at it in her perspective."

"You're already going to get married," Jin seemed excited. "How fast time flies."

"I asked Yoongi and Hoseok-hyung if they could come, but they're still not here." Taehyung pointed out. "But you really think I should go for it?" he glanced at the others, asking for their approval.

"How about we ask them, first?" Jin winked at Taehyung, and I looked over my shoulder, seeing Yoongi walk inside the coffee shop along with an unfamiliar man. They made their way over.

"Hello," the man greeted. He noticed me and smiled, also giving Jimin a teasing look, "You must be Sumire. I'm Jung Hoseok!"

I waved, "Hi."

He sat down beside Jungkook.

"So.. what's with Taehyung asking us to come here at 8AM in the morning?" Yoongi looked tired, as he rested his chin on top of his palm, his eyes fluttering. "I only had 9 hours of sleep."

"Taehyung's-" Jungkook stopped himself and smiled cheekily. "Nevermind. I don't want Yoongi-hyung to punch me."

"What?" Hoseok looked back and forth from Taehyung and Jungkook. For some reason, he was already panicking. And just looking at him.. I didn't know why an unwelcoming feeling tingled in my gut.. guilt.

Why was I guilty?

I didn't have any relations to him.

"What is it?" Hoseok asked again. I could tell he was the type of person to be easily convinced and though I hate to say it, easily scared. "Taehyung, did something bad happen?"

Taehyung didn't look at anyone, as if he was nervous to say it again, and he drew circles on the table. He slowly looked up, "No, nothing."

He took a deep breath when Yoongi flashed him a questioning look, "I'm going to propose to Yuna-"

"What?" It was as if all sleepiness in Yoongi's body disappeared.

"I'm going to propose to her," he said, his voice more firm. "But I need you guys to help me, I don't know how things will work out."

Yoongi sighed, "You're really up for it?"

"Yah," Hoseok covered his face with his hands. "I've been out for months, and this is what happens! They're getting married, I'm gonna be emotional."

"You'll do good, Taehyung." I reassured, my phone buzzing, an alarm that signalled that me and Jimin had to go to the school to meet up with a certain someone.

He flashed me a knowing look, and I stood up, patting his shoulder. "I know she'll say yes."

Jimin pouted, "Taehyung, you better take care of her. But I'm rooting for you."

We walked outside, and I inhaled the fresh air. Thank god it wasn't as cold anymore - I didn't need to wear such a thick jacket. Jimin intertwined his fingers with mines.

I looked down on our hands, my gaze dropping on the gloves Jimin has given me, and I looked up smiling at him.

"Let's go?"

But my mind couldn't help but wonder..

Why was I guilty?
