“if you may all please step out of the elevator, we have reached our destination.” Jacob, and Rylee step out of the elevator as they step out Rylee notices Jacob is texting, she gets close to him and sees the messages have been threats making her become more aware of her surroundings, she looks around and gets her knife in her pocket ready just in case someone tries to attack Jacob.
Jacob reads the message “watch, your back Mr blightly, I’m already onto you.” Jacob knows he’s not armed, then feels Rylee grab His shoulder “Jacob, you look worried about something?” he shows a faint smile “I’m doing fine Rylee nothing to worry about.” Rylee takes his paw “Jacob its ok to tell me, Remember we’re in this together.” She passes Jacob her second knife in a sneaky way “if someone tries anything, use it for your safety.” She smiles at him “lets go to the observation deck and see what this place is all about.”
She takes his paw and they walk out to the observation deck. “so, why is this place so special to you Jacob?” Jacob smiles a little and takes out a picture “this was the first place I visited as a kid with…” he chokes on his words while trying to say a name “Jacob, you ok?” Rylee sees the picture and remembers the colors on the other fox she met “Jacob, is that who I think it is?” Jacob is silent as he sees the picture, Rylee places a hand on his shoulder “wait, is Elias something more to you then just a enemy.”
Jacob turns his head to Rylee “me and him go way back.” Rylee looks at Jacob “how long has it been?” Jacob sighs “its been quite long since we both ever had that bonding, that we used to have.” Rylee is stunned by this information, noticing Jacob is quite different when Talking about Elias “why are you trying to kill him, Jacob have you ever tried using your brain and try talking to him?”
He looks at Rylee “why, would I talk to him he attacked me and I attacked him, it’ll just end up in bloodshed.” Rylee holds his paws “if, he still cares for you he’d forgive you.” Jacob pins his ears down “I just can’t Rylee.” He looks out the window looking over L.A and sighs “it's not easy to forgive someone who hurt you Rylee, I know how he is, how he works.”
Rylee hugs Jacob from behind “I just want you to be happy Jacob.” Jacob feels Rylee hugging him “I know Rylee, but I just can’t forgive myself or him, he’s probably getting ready right now to ice me.” Rylee puts her head on his shoulder “if he is then we’ll do our best to get your crew ready.” Jacob smiles a little “that would be great Rylee.”
“hey, I may look pretty but I know how to impress and train a team.” Jacob turns around and looks at Rylee “you’re very pretty and I’m happy to have you by my side.” Rylee giggles “ready to go Jacob?” Jacob shakes his head “how’s about we go enjoy the view?” Rylee smiles “it’ll be a pleasure Jacob.” They both walk to the window, and look outside over Los Angeles. “I never realized Los Angeles would look this beautiful, especially with all the gang warfare going on at this time.” Rylee sighs in comfort and giggles “It’s funny, whenever I was a little girl, I always dreamed of being here hoping I’d make it big and become a movie star.” Jacob listens to Rylee.
“so, what happened?” Rylee smiles “I decided to join the marine corps, I wanted to do more then just look pretty, I wanted to make a difference.” She giggles “I was the first female to have perfect scores in every test the marine corps gave me.” Jacob looks at Rylee impressed “wow Rylee, that’s amazing!” Rylee smiles “thank you special fox~” she puts her nose against Jacob’s making Jacob blush a little “heh, you’re welcome beauty of the sea~” she smiles and takes her nose off Jacob’s “sorry about that.”
Jacob smiles “hey, its ok Rylee.” He grabs her hands “we don’t need to hide our love from each other, I know you like to stay tough, but save that when we’re with the crew.” Rylee blushes faintly “are you sure Jacob?” he nods “when we’re together I don’t mind showing my feelings for you when we’re away from the others, just like dates.”
Rylee giggles and notices Jacob and her are in kissing range “j…Jacob does this mean we’re going to be together?” He smiles “yes…Rylee.” They both share a kiss, and hold each other close, after they kiss Jacob and Rylee make eye contact and blush brightly, due to what just happened “oh Jacob.”
Rylee hugs him and brings him close to her “I can’t believe we did that.” She giggles and Jacob smiles “hey it was time we showed it Rylee.” He holds her hand tight with his “I want to be the one for you.” Rylee smiles “I want to be yours Jacob.” She licks his nose and Jacob smiles “ready to go Rylee?” she nods her head “let’s call it a night Jacob.” He smiles and walks with Rylee to the elevator.
