( Kara’s house )
“Avis, the news is on come and watch it with mommy looks like they got a big story coming up next.” Avis runs to the room and hops onto the couch “ooo, I love big stories they always are the good stories from the boring ones.” Martha smiles at her daughter “the other stories are good too.” Avis makes a bored face “nah, the bigger stories are the best stories!” they both laugh and hear the news song begin to play “Ooo, it’s starting, Lets listen to it shall we!” avis lays down in a leaned position and watches the news with her.
The news begins and a news reporter begins to speak “good evening Los Angeles, tonight we have a big story to cover a shootout a few miles from the famous Oue sky space, officers found one suspect who was incapacitated by a bullet of a m1911 handgun.”
Avis and Martha gasp in shock “oh my goodness mom, a shootout!” Martha hugs her daughter “don’t worry sweetie we’re safe here with my friend.” Avis looks at her Mom “I’m ok with our safety mom, I’m worried for Jacob’s safety!” Martha looks at Avis “I know sweetie, I’m also worried for him but he’s dangerous.” Avis sighs “what made him like that mom?”
Martha shakes her head “I can’t tell you sweetie.” Avis looks down “mom, I’m not a little girl anymore I’m older then joy.”
“No, Avis I’m not sure you’re ready!” Avis looks at her mom “I am ready mom!” Martha shakes her head “I don’t care, I’ll tell you when I want to Avis!” Avis sighs sadly “fine then mom!” she walks away and heads to the door “Avis?”
Avis goes out to the porch and looks at the stars. “I hope you’re ok Jacob.” She sniffs and holds her brother's picture close to her chest. Martha pins her ears down as she sees her daughter is hurting due to Jacob, Martha looks down “if only Jacob could see what his actions were causing, but he’s blinded by his own anger and rage, he needs to know more about his father, but refuses to listen.” She sighs “I hope Elias can stop him, or better yet help him.”
( Dan’s house)
Elias smiles at joy as they hug on their bed and smiles “Elias, I was wondering about us, when this blows over I want to move in with you and live together.” Elias nods “sure, babe I would love to be with you once this is over we can do everything we can.” he brings her in close making their bodies touch, Joy smiles and kisses Elias “I can’t wait Elias I’m so excited, to move in with the man of my dreams.”
Elias smiles “I can’t wait either Joy, but once we’re safe and sound, we can live a normal life.” Joy happily wags her tail “Elias can you do me a favor?” he nods his head “what do you need?” Joy gets a picture of her, avis, Martha, and Jacob “if you’re going after Jacob, can you please help him, I don’t want to see my brother in a body Bag.”
He looks at the picture and smiles at joy “I’ll do the best I can.” Joy smiles softly “thank you Elias, and if you can’t I understand your job.” She looks down with her ears drooped. Elias then hugs her “I promise you Joy, I’m not giving up on him whatever is bothering him I know it’ll change.”
Joy hugs Elias tight “thank you so much Elias.” Dan listens from the other side of the door and growls lowly after hearing Elias and walks away punching a hole in his wall. Joy perks her ears up as she hears a loud thump “Did, you hear that?” Elias has his ears perked up as well “yeah, sounded like a thump.” Joy looks at Elias scared “from what?”
Elias goes to the door and slowly opens it he then sees a big hole in the wall and the kids are both looking at the hole in curiosity.
“What did you two do?” Tina and Tommy jump in shock and Tina points at Tommy “he did it!” Tommy points at Tina “she did it!” Tina growls “he’s lying!” Tommy growls back “She's Lying!” Liz then comes up the stairs “It wasn’t any of them.” She looks worried “Elias, Dan took off and he didn’t look too Happy.” Elias looks at Liz “did he say where he was going Liz?” she shakes her head “no, he just took off I tried to stop him, but be said to leave him alone.”
She hugs her two kids “you, need to find him fast!” Elias growls knowing what he’s risking “if I go then who’ll protect you?” Liz places a paw on his shoulder “Brian is downstairs, he can protect us you need to find Dan, who knows what can happen to him.”
Elias nods “ok then I’ll be back.” Liz nods “please be careful Elias, I know you’re part of Dan’s crew now and will have more obstacles to get past, always remain aware.” Elias nods and get his car keys “I’ll be safe Liz.” He quickly goes down the stairs and runs into Brian “Elias, what happened why did Dan take off so fast?!”
Elias looks at Brian “I don’t know I’m going to find out.” Brian nods “need any help?” Elias shakes his head “no, I need to speak to my brother alone. I need you to stay here and guard everyone they’ve been attacked once and Jacob’s crew can attack again.” Brian nods “ok, Elias I’ll keep watch.” Elias walks out of the house and gets in his car and pulls out to the road and drives off.
As he drives off he thinks to himself “what, are you thinking Dan?” he turns left To a street and continues onward. Elias looks around searching for his brother’s car, but having no luck, he continues searching hoping to find Dan quickly. “He, couldn’t have gone far.” Elias calls Dan hoping he answers.
