Katrina's P.O.V
I wake up the next morning to a silent flat. Not that this was unusual but I could sense the feeling of being alone and I didn't really like that.
I shuffle out of bed and into the lounge area. There's my mess from the night before, which consists of a crisp packet and a glass of half drunk diet coke. Inside the crisp packet is various chocolate wrappers and even another crisp packet. I'm so efficient with my rubbish. I scoop them up and put the glass in the sink and the rubbish in the bin. I'd left Fionn's dvd wrapped on the counter top, I was thinking about putting it in a box, inside another box, but was too lazy to do that.
I see my phone and recall that conversation I'd had with her last night. She wants to meet up for lunch. I have a few hours. I have plenty of time to sit around and do nothing.
Ah, bliss.

Time moves forward and suddenly I'm out of the shower, dressed in a mismatch of clothing from various cosplays because they are too nice not to wear. I grab my red satchel which I'd left lying on the ground and head down stairs. I'm halfway down when I realise Daisy didn't specify where we were to meet for lunch. I text her quickly and she comes up with a place, she's on her way too.
Thank goodness I'd remembered.
I see Fionn walking out of the building just before me, he must have noticed me because he holds the door open. I thank him. He's holding a suitcase.
"Where you off to?" He asks, with a charming smile.
"Out to lunch, and you?" I indicate to the case.
He better not be away over his birthday, I'll have to run up and get his gift.
"I'm going up to see me family and catch up with friends up in Yorkshire," he says.
I nod, "How long will you be away?"
"Why? You going to miss me?"
I laugh lightly and shake my head, "I just want to know if you be here for your birthday?"
"Why?" he looks confused.
"I got you a gift."
Now he looks surprised. Past two years I hadn't because the past two years he'd been away before I got the chance to ask about it.
"Well I'll be back, don't worry."
He nods at me and smiles before going to his car. I go to mine.

Daisy is already here. She decided on a little place not far from the boys' flat. Why we aren't there is a mystery to me.
We order our lunch, I opt for the macaroni cheese with salad and chips. Tasty.
"So," she begins, sipping her drink. "Why were you so worried? Has something happened?"
"No," I shake my head. "Not exactly."
"Well?"
"Basically PJ was texting a lot and he said he went out to see a friend, which I don't mind, but it was the look he gave me - like he wasn't letting on," I explain.
"Oh."
"I'm slightly worried. I don't think he'd cheat, right?"
"No, I don't think so either," she shrugs. "Why don't you talk to him?"
"Maybe..." I decide to move topics. "What did you want to tell me about?"
"Ah, well, me and Chris last night were talking about Dan and Phil. I feel like maybe they aren't ready to get married and then Chris was all 'there's no rush for us to get married, right?' and I don't know..."
"Hm."
This is certainly a twist.
"I said that there wasn't but then I asked if he was planning to, and I was worried I'd messed it up but he said not yet." Daisy says.
"So what are you worried about? Chris wanting to marry you in the near future?"
"No...I...I don't know."
"Well, I'm sure you'll be ready when the time comes," I avoid saying if because that might come across as rude. "He loves you lots, just be happy about that."
Daisy nods, just as the waitress brings our meals.
