Katrina's P.O.V

I wake up alone in PJ's room. I slept in his room that night because I stayed up pretty late and he never turned up, so why not. It's not like we've broken up. Just...not happy with each other at the moment, but that was normal. We never usually held grudges at each other.

I rake through my bag and get clothes to change into, and pick up my phone. No texts from anyone, I quickly send PJ a "Where are you?" before changing.

I walk into the room, Phil is up - eating breakfast. I look to him as if to ask where everyone else is. He tells me he hasn't slept well that night and that as far as he knew everyone was asleep.

"Do you think it's nerves?" I say, looking for something for breakfast.

 "What?"

"Not sleeping - nerves? About...getting married, maybe?"

"Well..." he begins. "I am a bit, I just never thought about it much..."

"Well if you think it's the right thing to do."

 "I do really love, Dan..."

 "And?"

"I want to marry him, I'm just not sure about it."

"Don't worry, it's not anytime soon so."

"I know, thanks." Phil smiles at me and I return it.

Daisy comes out of Chris' room then and rubs her eyes, bidding us a good morning.

I turn to Phil again, I don't want to worry him about weddings even more but I have to ask at some point.

"Have you decided on the colour theme?" I ask.

"No...?" Phil raises an eyebrow at me.

"For the wedding so I can get the right colour dress?"

"Oh, um..." he says sheepishly. "Hadn't thought about it."

"That's fine, I was just looking for something to do today."

"I'm sure any colour would be alright?"

I nod, Daisy is making herself breakfast. I check my phone, no reply from PJ. Maybe he's not awake...where ever he is. I hope he isn't with the girl...I suppose it'd be okay if maybe she liked to get drunk from time to time and he had to look after his child and she never turned up or something...oh I don't know.

Daisy sits down and begins to eat, soon Chris comes out of his room, followed by Dan not long after. We discuss the colours and dresses and that we don't have to wear dresses if we don't want. But I need something to do and dresses are pretty.

I tug at the dress in the changing room, it's my size but it's too tight. I'm not overly fond of it anyway. I take it of and put it in the "no" pile. Who knew I'd be so picky?

I take a pale yellow bridesmaid dress, it comes in just under the chest and rests just above the knees. I take a look at the price. It's...uh...it's pretty expensive. I mean I've bought expensive cosplay before and it's nice, so what's the problem.

I try it on and it's a perfect fit and so comfy. It contrasts well with my dark hair. I really like it. I might have to get matching shoes...I don't own a yellow pair.

I decide to try on the others just in case.

I was torn between a long green, strapless dress and the yellow but I chose the yellow because it was so nice. I even bought some cheap yellow shoes to go with it. No one would know how cheap they were.

I ring PJ after when I'm sitting in my car in the car park.

 "Hello?"

 "Hi, it's me?" I say.

 "Oh, hi..."

"Did you get my text?" I feel like pulling a Mama Umbridge on him.

 "Uh..yes.."

"So where are you?" But you never replied!

 "At Nat's house..."

 "Why?"

"She wanted me to. I...she need help, we need to speak..."

 "You bet."

"Look, she needs me to help her I --"

 "I know PJ, you've said. I just don't understand."

"She wants me to get back with her."

"Oh, Peej....and you said yes? I..."

 "I didn't say no."

 "I can't believe you."

I'm not sad though. I'm angry but I'm...not...sad.

 "So..."

"Look, PJ. We need to talk, if you're just going to leave me like that.."

 "I'm not --"

 "What are you doing then?"

"We can talk, tonight maybe? Tomorrow? I'll call you."

"You better, PJ. I'll be at the flat. Mine."

 "Okay.."

I can hear a child in the background....

I get my stuff from the boys' flat after a while. I don't tell them about PJ or show it on my face. I show Daisy my dress and say I'm going back, that there's dishes and washing and bills to do. We eat and play a few games.

I don't believe what has happened.
