Assassins (Killua x Reader)

Chapter 1

(Y/N) POV
Scanning my surroundings, I walked to the cafe where Robert spent most of his time. When I finally arrived I sat down and ordered a slice of (favorite/flavor) cake, and continued to watch every single person in the cafe and outside the window. Finally He walked in, a short brown haired male with brown eyes, this, is who I was hired to kill. My target sat down and ordered a coffee and I walked over and sat across from him.

"Hey I'm sitting here get lost!" He rudely shouted.

I slightly wanted to kill him just for that but I didn't.

"Is this how you treat cute girls?" I asked in the cutest voice I could possibly muster.

He finally looked at me and said
"I'm sorry I didn't notice that there was a gorgeous little lady in my presence, my name is Robert, Robert Kyner, nice to meet you." He said in this sickly sweet voice that made me want to punch him.

"Do you happen to be an actor? I think I saw you on tv." I say still acting be nice and innocent.

"Why yes my dear, I am. You're quite cute, would you like to come see my suite? It happens to be nearby." He asked.

"Yes, I would love to see your suite!" I exclaimed, gagging slightly in my head.

We started driving to his suite when my vision started to get blurry, 'sleeping gas' I thought, as I passed out. When I woke up I was hanging from the ceiling not able to touch the floor.

Robert walked in and said. "Oh, you are finally awake?"

He smiled at me, with the kind of smile that sent shivers down my spine. He told me that he knew I was there to kill him. I could finally stop acting like a nice person, so I ripped down the chains like they were nothing, and before he could say anything my nails extended like a cats, and his head was on the floor, there was blood everywhere. Finally, mission complete, now I can go relax.

I walked to a cafe and ordered a hot chocolate when I noticed two people talking behind me. They were talking about the Hunter exam, they also mentioned where it was. I decided to go check it out, hoping it would be fun.

When I finally arrived, I found myself in a weird tunnel. A green jellybean looking guy walked up to me, and gave me a disc with the number 98 on it. Soon after, I was approached by a guy named Tonpa, he had brown hair that was put up into a ponytail tail. He quite proudly stated, this was his 35th time taking the Hunter exam.

He continued to offered me some juice to "toast to our new friendship." It was obvious that the juice had poison in it. I drank it anyways because I am immune to poison. I walked around the tunnel checking my soundings, and then sat down in a corner, and watched the entrance as people walked in after me. The first person to walk in after me was one of my previous targets, a white haired boy named Killua Zoldyck, however the kill had not been worth the money they had offered. When he walked in, Tonpa also approached him with the juice.

He chugged several cans, and you could see Tonpa was slightly worried that he was going to die, even though it was just laxatives.

"worried?" He asked.

"I'll be fine, I'm immune to poison." He then walked away from a shocked Tonpa.

We waited for hours, until a noise started echoing through the tunnel, the front wall was then lifted up, to reveal the phase examiner.

"Hello my name is Satotz, please follow me to the second phase!" He shouted.

After we had been running for a while I saw an old man yelling at Killua, who was peacefully riding his skateboard.

"Oi, little kid, your cheating!" he yelled.

Some kid who had black hair with green tips replied. "No, he isn't, the examiner only said to follow him Leorio."

"Who's side are you on Gon?" Leorio asked.

"Killua's side." I mumbled to myself.

Killua turned to Gon and asked how old he was. Gon told him he was 12 years old. Killua jumped off his skateboard saying he would "walk" as well. Gon then turned to me and asked me how old I was. I decided this was a good chance to mess with them a bit.

"I would tell you, but then I would have to kill you..." I told him, in a cold voice.

They all just stared at me until  Killua finally said, with an evil smirk on his face, "I don't think that will be a problem, I won't die that easily."

Wow, that's not how I expected that to go. I gave in and told them my real age, 12.

We finally got to some stairs, and Gon, Killua, and I decided that we were going to race to the top. On the count of three we raced up the stairs, surprisingly they were able to keep up with me. Although I wasn't going as fast as I could. Nonetheless I was impressed.

"I'm surprised you guys can keep up with me." Killua told us.

I was slightly upset that he underestimated me, but I didn't say anything back to him. All three of us ended up tying, and Gon and Killua argued about who was the victor until Satotz finally broke up the fight, explaining to them that they had tied.
