"Why am I here!" He screamed in frusration the sound hiding the fear in it.
"Because . . . . I want to have a little fun . . And your one puppet I havent play~yed with"
He spun around trying to match a figure to the voice but all he could see was darkness. Then he felt it.
That same burning feeling start bubbling up to the surface. He doubled over his chest multiplying in pain as he clutched a hand to the fabric of his shirt his knuckles turning white.
He started coughing violently as he fell to his knees covering his mouth with his free hand. When he finally stopped spots of crimson dotted his hands.
"Leave me ALONE!" He shrieked into the darkness. He let out a cry as the pain intensified doubling over till his hair swept the ground.
"Oh poor little Shadow all alone and in pain . . ." The voice chuckled deeply
He found himself unable to move terror sweeping over him as a hot breath hit his ear.
"Your friends . . . Are mine . . . Your life is mine . . . And You~ are mine" The voice whispered
Everything went red.

"Has Lucinda found anything yet!"
Kawaii~chan looked up from texting said girl and shook her head her tail swishing back and forth in worry.
Katelyn sighed from her position upstairs on the railing
"Tell me if she responds" the blunette muttered before heading towards her room.
Katelyn shut her door and plopped down on the bed with a sigh. She reached over grabbing a notepad and pencil before sitting up quickly writing down a list.
Katelyn leaned back chewing on her pencils eraser as she looked over the list.
Suspects
Aaron-formerly the vessel of shad and an able holder of Shads relic
Laurence- formerly had uncontrollable sentient shadow knight side. Also a possible vessel for him.
Zane- former self responsable for the murder of millions, cause of vessel being taken over by shad and also a sentient shadow knight and able holder of Esmunds relic.
Travis- Former self was half demon warlock. Also an able holder of enki's relic.
Vylad- Also formerly a sentient shadow knight but had exceedingly good control
Katelyn sighed looking back on her list but kept chewing on her pencil. She jumped slightly as her phone started ringing.
She set down the pencil looking briefly at the caller id before answering.
"Katelyn do you think you can come over? I need to ask you something" lucindas voice was tense and katelyn did not like it.
