Chapter 19: Awkward

Daniels P.O.V

Kara opens the door during our kiss and we nearly fall over when we find Damon and Mar kissing as well. They pull apart to stare wide eyed at us. Well then. Kara steps away from me and blushes. She's a good actor.

Mar looks at Damon and blushes too, she then walks past us out of the room in a hurry "why the hell were you guys here? That was a private conversation" Damon says annoyed, crossing his arms.

Kara looks at me and I step into my room crossing my own arms, what am I doing? "This is my room, but that conversation didn't seem to have a lot of talking if you ask me" I say smiling.

"Well good thing no one did, and how about you two what were you planning on doing?"

Kara blushes and walks over to me wrapping her arms around me tightly and I blush too "we're a couple Damon, couples do things that singles can't... and Mar isn't single" she says quietly.

"I know she isn't, but I love her, and that's a fact, I can't stop, I don't want to."

"Damon, her and her boyfriend are just on bad terms right now, I don't want you hurt."

"She wouldn't do that, she's not that type of girl."

"Isn't she? We just found her kissing you while dating her boyfriend."

"She isn't like that."

He storms out of the room and when he leaves Kara turns back to me and kisses me again, we kiss passionately only pulling away for air. We hear the door open again but quickly close and we burst into laughter.

*next day*

*Kara's P.O.V*

I sit down next to Daniel on his bed and lay down on his lap, he starts playing with my hair and I smile. Zach walks past the open door with Loren and I smile at him, again I don't know who he's dating.

After a few minutes I realize Daniel wasn't playing with my hair anymore and I look up at him to find him smiling at his phone. He's probably watching some funny video about nothing in particular.

I fall asleep on his lap. When I wake up he's gone and I hear laughter coming from outside, I head out there to find a party happening. I'm about to look for Daniel when I see him talking to a brown haired girl.

He doesn't see me so I walk over to Corbyn and Christina in the pool and smile down at them "hey sistah! Go put your bikini on! Hop in! Get a little wet!" Christina yells to me over the loud music.

I smile and go to walk inside when I see Daniel and the girl aren't there anymore, their dancing over on the grass. I feel a tinge of jealousy and rush inside to find too many people.

I start having a panic attack, I can't breathe, I can't think, I can't see. I fall to the ground but I'm caught by arms. They pick me up and carry me to Daniels room, at first I think it is him until I get a glips of jet black hair.

*Daniels P.O.V*

I see Kara fall and I stand up quickly, since when did she wake up? I was here talking to this slut while she was having a panic attack. I start towards her but then a boy with jet black hair picks her up and walks to my room.

I go to start after them but something holds me back. I shove it away and race after them and open my door to find the boy standing over her and watching her in awe. I drop to her side and look into the boys blue eyes.
