"You are the most difficult animal i have ever met," she sighed at the cockatoo who sat on her bed, she had managed to get him to step up successfully but she wasn't satisfied yet. "You got to be more then a nippy bird, no one is gonna want you," she sighed. The parrot fluffed his feathers up randomly. "How do I get you to trust me?" she wondered anxiously. She shrugged and held her hand out with treats on it, the bird opened its beak to grab one but was frightened and bit her finger. "FUCK!" she screamed silently. She placed the food on her bed, the parrot immediately ran to eat it. "What?" she frowned. "I scared him?" She thought, "come here," she picked the bird up and put him in his cage. "Harness flight time," she smiled. Opal, Fievel and Jax where definitely ready, she started trying the harness on the others, she had no history on them. She looked at the sun conure who chilled in his cage. "Milo, come here," she perched the bird on her finger. "Either you or Hector has been harnessed in the past, i have one, which on of you?" she wondered. Hector flew onto her arm next to Milo as he saw the harness, "i guess its you," she smiled. The medium size parrot put his head through as if he was a expert. "Mum, i am the bird whisperer," she yelled out to Bindi. She placed all the parrots on her and took a selfie, "i feel like i should have an Instagram or start a Youtube channel for them." Bindi entered and grinned, "i thought you where selling them, but your attached." "I am selling the lovebirds because theres nothing to do with them, they are bonded and i don't think they are even hand tamed originally at all." She explained and walked past her, "I'm going out to flight them, i will only take my two off though, i don't trust the others," she promised. She put Milo and Coco away and set off for the mountains, a hike is what she needed. "Grey!" she called and walked across to the forest. It took an hour to get into the mountains. "Abbey, your test is next week, you should be studying," she got the message from Kira, she continued along the path, ignoring it and shrugging. "We are here," she gasped with relief, Hector and Jax where placed on a chair meant for tourist to see their surroundings. "Okay Fievel and Opal, its you two first." She threw them in the air, with their harnesses attached. They fled the distance and boomeranged back. "Good job! now without the harness," she put all her trust into them. They took off as soon as the head part slid off. Hector and Jax where perched on her shoulders now, "go!" she threw them off, the extension leash led them to the near tree where they landed. "Jax! Hector!" she called to them, Jax flew to her but Hector remain perching in the high tree. "Oh boy," she rolled her eyes and climbed up next to him. untangling the rope and grabbing him. Fievel and Opal had returned. "Good job everyone, have a rest," she sighed and sat on the chair. She put the harnesses back on the two bare macaws. "Lets head back," she decided, walked through the forest once more.

"I'm ready for this test," It is a week later and the day she will apply for her advance reptile/animal licence. "Okay, here's your paper, you have no time limit on it, take your time," the police officer explained to her, Kira was watching behind her. She placed herself at a table, most of the questions where abcd and the ones that needed answer where easy. It took 1 short hour to complete. "Thankyou, you will get yout result tomorrow," she was dismissed from the police station. "That was quick," Kira started thinking she just guessed because she took longer when she got hers. "It was easy," Abbey insisted, she recieved a quick nod. Kira drove her home, "good night, see you tomorrow," she explained. Abbey waved and went inside, Grey jumped on her excitedly as usual. "I think i passed, it was kind of easy," she explained to Bindi. She didn't reply to her, she was too busy talking to her boyfriend Chandler, Abbey thought of him as her dad but until they marry, she didn't see him much because he was always away but when she did he didn't pay attention to her really anyway. "Thats great," she got the reply she waited for, she smiled and walked into the bird room. "Hey everyone," she cheered, opening the cages up. "Time for you guys to find a home," she looked at the lovebirds, they deserve to be used for breeding or be aviary birds as they where not human friendly and she needed the room for her snake and sugar gliders she wanted. "Gumtree?" She suggested to herself, her ad was submitted. "You will have a home in no time" she predicted.

"I passed!" Abbey ran around her room crazily with excitement as she read the letter with her licience in it. She raced out into the zoo, bolting to the animal hospital and nursery. "KIRA I DID IT!" she screamed. "i know, i got the email," she replied simply. "I am so happy," she cheered, "now you can adopt as many pets as you like," Kira shrugged. "I would only take as much as i can handle," she promised. "A snake for now would be good," she thought. "What about the sugar gliders you wanted?" Kira walked to the carrier she had on the table, grabbing it and giving it to her. "Oh right, i forgot... i just got so excited about having a reptile," she grinned. "You still want them right? because i can give them to the zoo and they can be wild display animals," Kira frowned. "No i will take them, i will have room for them when my lovebirds are gone."
