Witchcraft
Eye of newt and dragon hair,
Rotten bones from beast's dark lair.
Splash of sunshine and slice of rock,
Part of hand from smashed old clock.
Three round coins from dead man's pocket,
Piece of gold from fair maid's locket.
Spoon of cinnamon, bowl of spice,
Playing card and unlucky dice.
Sleep from wrinkled, tired eyes,
Tears from baby's first shrill cries.
Beak of crow and tail of goat,
Shred of mast from long sunk boat.
Deep black ink and infant's thumb -
All a witch needs to make her breakfast yum.
