Problems With Love

Chapter 13

Kristen's POV

I realize it was 1:30 AM. The last thing I remember was watching TV at like 9:30. I'm still laying on the couch and Kris is no where in sight. All of the lights and TV is off. I slowly sit up, trying to remember what happened. I conclude that I fall asleep on the couch and Kris went up to bed. I shrug. Oh well.

I lay back down and grab the remote and turn the TV on. I watch some TV before drifting off to sleep again.

Kris's POV

When we got back from the hospital, I made Kristen lay down on the couch. I gave her a bottle of Gatorade, some medicine, and some ice cream. It might not be that good for you, but come on, who doesn't like ice cream?! I had some myself as well.

Around 10:30 I started to get tired. I realized Kristen was asleep on the couch, so I decide to go up to bed. I turn all if the lights and TV off and head quietly up to bed. I go into my bedroom and go into my closet. I throw on some basketball shorts and a t shirt. Then I go into the bathroom and brush my teeth. After brushing, I swish my mouth with some mouthwash and climb in bed.

Before going to sleep I play in my phone for a while. Finally around 11:00 I fall asleep.

I wake up around 9 the next morning. I roll out of bed and grab a sweatshirt and go downstairs. I find Kristen awake and watching TV. "Hey sis. Feeling better?" I ask. "Yeah a lot better actually," she says with a smile. "Good. Want some breakfast?" I ask. "YES" she screams. I laugh. "What do you want?" she thinks for a minute. "Pancakes!" she decides. "ok," I say going into the kitchen.

After the pancakes are done, I make 2 plates and set them on the table. "Kristen! Food!" I yell. "FOOOOOOOD!!!" Kristen tells running into the kitchen. She starts eating right away which is a good sign that she's feeling better. When we're cleaning up I tell her to rest today. I don't want another hospital visit.
