Man... I wonder if that's how Gavin feels all the time...

That thought went through my head as the last couple of enemies I managed to corner were squirming around trying to dodge my arrows.

"Heeey buuuudy!" I said as I bombed the last one who pixelates into nothing.

"Take this more seriously would ya!" A voice called of nowhere.

I was 'this' close to flinching, but I've trained my body to almost never do that.

"Aww come on Rach, what's playing a game if you're not having any fun."

She just sighs and rolls her eyes at me.

It's now our 2nd 30 minute break. The game divides into playing for two hours and having a few 30 minute breaks from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; this tournament is not for the faint of heart. But the prize is gonna be totally worth it!

This 30 minute break is the one where we decided to log out so we could stretch our bodies. That was one of the rules that this tournament had, that we could log out twice without getting kicked out.

During our first break we decided to reset all the traps that we had set up, including my bomb and sticky arrow traps that were working wonders to stop the army.

The field was considerably big cause they wanted to give everyone a fair amount of land to cover since there are guilds with a higher number in members.

Luckily me and Rach are at the top in skills so we've been holding down the fort with little to no problem till Gavin and Debbie get here. The forest like terrain was especially helpful for me cause I can hide in the trees.

"So you ready to log out?"

Rachel nods, so we both opened our menus and scrolled down to the logout button, but before that, I took a quick glimpse at how my HP and MP were looking.

After pressing the log out button the scenery around me fades into the background and then everything slowly goes black. I do my usual routine of wiggling my fingers and opening my eyes. After getting up from my seat, I see that Rach stretching as if she were getting ready for a run.

"Damn, wasting no time huh?"

She turns her head to me and responds, "I always feel the need to properly stretch after logging out Johnny. You should too."

Yeah yeah... why so serious...

So I start stretching a few things like my legs and arms to get the blood flowing. As soon as I feel my real body though, I realize that I'm starving. Knowing Rach, she's probably hungry too.

"So you want to eat something? Or are you gonna wait till your stomach let's you know?"

Rach immediately jerked her head my way and next thing you know, I can't feel my shoulder.

"OWWIE!" I yell out all exaggeratedly while rubbing my shoulder. Her face is all red while her fist is all balled up.
"I thought we had forgotten all about that little incident."

I can't help but laugh, "Sorry sorry, last time I mention it."

Not!

After telling the chefs at my place what we wanted to eat we chilled on my couch. She started checking her messages on her holophone and I did the same.
