Karen's POV
I woke up in a motel room.
I furrowed my eyebrows and sat up. What the heck was I doing here. My hands and feet were tied. It was sunny outside.A young guy was sitting on a chair nearby. He was tied up too. When he saw me wake up, he jumped up. Our kidnapper didng even bother to tape our mouths shut. Wow what a great kidnapper he was.
"Where are we?" I whispered.
"Glendale, Arizona"
"What? How? What are we doing all the way over here?"
He gestured toward another person in the room. It was Mark. He was sleeping on the opposite bed.
"Why isn't he tied up?"
" Becau-"
"Because Im the one that brought you here" Mark,who had somehow woken up, said as he stretched his arms and sat up.
"Why?"
"Because I want us to finally be free from all the drama in LA and I want to start something new with you"
"Well thats stupid" I bluntly replied.
"NO ITS NOT" he shouted and I jumped up.
"It is."
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes"
" No We're going to be together forever."
"That's gross" I muttered to myself.
"What?"
"What?"
"Just shut up already"
"Ouch"
He rolled his eyes and walked towards a table to grab money.
"So Why is he here?" I said, gesturing toward the strange boy.
"Yea why am I here?"
"Because he didnt obey my orders when I was in jail."
"So?"
"He's suppose to obey me."
'Why?"
"WHY DO YOU ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS?"
"Because im curious"
"Well stop being curious. Curiosity killed the cat"
"I thought poison did"
"Whatever"
"If we're gonna live happily ever after can you at least be nice and untie me?" I asked sarcastically.
"Nope"
"Okay then..."
I turned to the other guy.
"So whats your name?"
"My name is Enrique"
"Hi Enrique im K-"
"Mine" Mark interrupted. I rolled my eyes.
"My name is not Mine. Im Karen"
"NO I MEANT YOU'RE MINE"
"Im Karen! Im not mine!"
"NOW YOU'RE BEING STUPID"
"How am I being stupid? Im just saying Im Karen"
"UGH NEVERMIND. Im going to go get us lunch. Whatever you do dont scream or do anything stupid that you'll regret later especially you Karen. Just dont do anything!"
"Why?""
He ignored me and slipped on his shoes. He walked out,annoyed, locking the door. Enrique and I began to laugh.
"Lets be stupid and get out of here"

Btw if y'all didnt notice Enrique is the one who drugged her when Jonah saved her.
