Chapter 29

Karen's POV

After doing another ultrasound on Jacky and the doctor reviewing the pictures closely, we sat in front of her desk again.
"What's wrong with my baby?" Corbyn asked, referring to Jacky as his baby. It was silent for a few moments. All I could hear was the clock ticking and my own heartbeat.
"Congratulations you guys are having twins"
"T-Twins?" Jacky asked as she started tearing up.
"Yes you guys are having A baby boy and a baby girl."
"YESS! YESS! YESS!" Corbyn shouted as he jumped up and down.
"Congratulations" the doctor said, smiling.
I hugged the soon-to-be parents and Congratulated them. I was going to be a godmother to twins. Jacky giggled as Corbyn began kissing all over her.
"Don't make them triplets" I teased. They laughed.
"You can check in with the lady in the front desk for your next appointment"
"Thank you" Corbyn said as he shook the doctor's hand.
Before we could stand up, we heard people screaming outside.
"Let me go! Im pregnant! You dont need the proof of a doctor"
"Stop causing a scene. We do need proof" a familiar voice said. It was Jonah. The door burst opened and a young girl with black hair entered the room. Jonah followed behind.He looked really pissed off. The girl didn't seem as if she was pregnant. She was wearing tall heels and a really short pink dress. My eyes met Jonah's and his anger suddenly went away.
"Do you need help?"
"Yes im here to find out if she's actually pregnant"
"Oh yes i remember you came the other day offering me money. You're Ms. Ashley Baldwin"
She began turning red.
"Why did she offer you money?"
"So i can tell you she's pregnant but as a proffesional doctor I dont accept money nor do I lie"
"So you lied to me?"
"No bab-"
"Dont call me that" he snapped.
"Just because im not pregnant doesnt mean we cant make babies" she smirked, getting closer to him.
I narrowed my eyes at her.
"No thank you" Jonah said, stepping away from her.
"Cmon baby we can go to your hou-"
"Nope im not doing that anymore. Im done with the hookups. You were always only a one night stand anyways"
Her mouth dropped open and she narrowed her eyes.
"What has gotten into you? You used to be fun but now you turned into a b-"
"A loyal boy " Corbyn interrupted.
"Loyal to who? He doesnt have a girlfriend. Like Hello Jonah whats stopping you from going out with me? Whats stopping you from making babies with me? What's stopping us from becoming a family?"
Jonah bit his lip, looking at the floor.
"This girl."
"What girl?! What girl can be stealing you away from me??" Ashley exclaimed in anger.
"The girl of my dreams" Jonah said while looking at me.
