Chapter 25

Jonah's POV

I laughed as Karen failed to pick up her chow mein with her chop sticks. We were all gathered around the living room, eating chinese food. Today was Karen's birthday and she didnt want anything extravagant. We had just released our Invitation EP and it  was playing in the background.
She looked so beautiful even with messy hair.
"ITS PRESENT TIME" Zach shouted. Jack and him rushed toward Karen with birthday bags.
"DONT DROP MY CHOW MEIN" she shouted as they pushed each other.
"Let her breathe" Daniel said. They took a step back.
"She clearly wants my present first" he said, plopping his gift in front of her.
"Hey!" They both shouted. We all laughed.
"Guys Ill open presents after i finish eating" she said.
"Okay" Jack pouted, sitting next to her. Zach sat on the opposite side and they both watch her eat. She began eating, trying to ignore the fact that the two boys were staring at her. She closed her eyes and sighed, putting her box down.
"Guys its her birthday. Let her eat" Justin said.
"Sorry" they muttered before they moved seats. She began eating again.
"Are you done yet?" Jack asked. She ignored him and ate slower.
"The faster you shut up, the faster she will eat and the faster she'll open her presents" I said, wiping my mouth. The boys shut their mouths. After a few minutes, she finished eating. Zach and Jack noticed this. They looked at each other and then rushed over to her.
Zach ended up tripping and pushing Jack on top of Karen. Both of them collapsed on top of her.
"Watch where youre going" Jack said as they got off of her.
"Karen?"
She was laying on the floor, not moving. We held our breaths.
"I think you guys just broke my bones." She said as she sat up.
"Sorry " they muttered.
"Im going to open Corbyn's first"
"Why???" Jack asked.
"Because he's being patient" she shrugged. Hearing his name, Corbyn dashed over to her and placed a bag in front of her. She slowly opened it.
"For my little sister" she read. She took out a white tshirt with a picture of him, Jacky, Jeylin and her.
"Wow. Its so ...beautiful" she replied.
Corbyn,Jeylin, and Jacky stood up and unzipped their hoodies. They all had matching shirts.
"HEY WHERE ARE WE?"
"Sorry its for us because we all live together and we're all roomies."
"What about me??" Justin asked.
"Chill guys she hasn't finished taking out everything" Karen gulped and took out a hoodie. I burst out laughing as soon as I saw different colored power rangers with our faces photoshopped onto it.
"Oh god... i mean its so perfect. I love it. Ive always wanted to be a power ranger and theres also a matching coffee cup wow. Im going to be excited to drink out of our faces every morning. Thank you" she stood up and hugged Corbyn.
"My turn. Its from me and Jeylin" Daniel said. Karen opened the bag.
"The I Need a Day off Kit." She pulled out a variety of different things and smiled.
"Im going to use this soon. Thank you" she said, hugging Jeylin and Daniel.
"My turn please" Jack pouted.
"Aw okayyy" She opened the gift and pulled out a black leather wallet. She opened it and a bunch of gift cards of her favorite stores were inside.
"Oh my god. Thank you Noodles! My favorite stores. Wow. Im going to go shopping again very soon"
I began growing nervous as she hugged him tight. How is she going to react to mine. I clutched the small box in my hoodie pocket.
"Im glad you liked it."
"ITS ZACHY'S TURN. FINALLY. Save the best for last"
"Second last" I corrected as I watch him hand her the gift bag. She opened it and furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. She took out a piece of paper as she scanned it, she gasped.
"You did not."
"I might have."
"I love you. I love you. I love you!" She said, tackling him. He laughed. We all looked at each other, confused.
"Im going to meet Harry!! Im going to see Harry fuckin Styles and breathe the same air as him! Ahhhhhhh" she shouted excitedly as she got up.
"She didnt even do that when she met us" Corbyn said.
"Oh trust me We both did lowkey" Jacky replied.
"Wait theres more. I got you your own pair of checkered vans so we can twin now"
She took out the box and smiled even more. She opened the box and a fresh pair of vans sat there.
She placed the box on the side and hugged him again.
"You're the most best best friend ive ever had"
"Hey!" Jacky,Justin and Jeylin exclaimed.
"You're the fourth most best best friend ive ever had"
"Hey!" The boys and I exclaimed.
She laughed and pulled away.
Justin and Bryce rushed over and gave her a gift.
Inside the bag, there was a Victoria Secret PINK hoodie, perfumes, cream, and bathroom essentials.
"Are you telling me i stink?" Karen teased.
"No!"
"Im just kidding. Thank you Justin and Bryce" she said, hugging them.
"Jonah, its your turn"
I stood up and placed the small box in front of her.
"He's proposing already? Damn my ship is sailing" I heard Corbyn mutter. Karen opened the box.
Laying in the box was a rose gold Bracelet that had a heart and a simple 'K' on it.
"This is so beautifu. Thank you"she said, putting it on and then giving me a hug. Her hugged caught me off guard but I wrapped my arms around her.
"My children are growing up" Corbyn said, fake-crying. I rolled my eyes. Millions of emotions were running inside of me. She let go.
"Thank you everyone. I dont know what i did to deserve you."
"Awe."
"GROUP HUG" Jack shouted. We all came together and hugged each other. We pulled away and I sat in the corner, observing her as she fangirled over Harry Styles. My phone began vibrating and I took it out.
My One Night Stand was calling.
I ignored the call and placed my phone on my lap. My phone vibrated again

One Night Stand:
Jonah, its me Ashley.
We need to talk.

I decided to leave her on read. My phone vibrated again.

One Night Stand:
Remember a few weeks ago, we hooked up and you stopped calling me.
I know you're reading this.
I dont know why you stopped calling but I just wanted to tell you that I stopped taking my pills and..
I might be pregnant.

My eyes widened and I dropped my phone. I watched as it shattered to pieces.

Ahhh!! This was suppose to be a normal chapter but i got this idea and ahh!! Btw its not really my birthday haha. It almost is though. ;)
Im still debating whether i should make a Book 3 or not or if i should make a regular teen fiction
*sigh*
