I pranced up to Cody's front porch, and banged on the door with my fist, making the glass rattle. Cody soon opened the door. He didn't look shooken up, so maybe Sammy was wrong. Maybe Satan didn't get to them...

"Yeah?" he spoke casually, his friends coming down the stairs from behind him. Each one of them looked like their natural selves, yet they were throwing away shards of mirror.

"What happened?" I questioned abruptly. They all looked at me, as I visually imagined my treacherous appearance. My messy bun was falling out, strands matted onto my sweaty face. My smudged makeup bringing out the view of a raccoon.

"Nothing. My mirror broke, I guess. Are you okay?"

"How?"

"I... don't actually know. I guess I forgot," Cody chuckled, clueless of his memory that Satan definitely erased.

"Did anyone show up today?"

"No, only them," Cody pointed back, looking me up and down, concern crossing his face. They all started to stare, almost fearfully.

"What happened?" Leah tried to be concerned.

"Nothing, nevermind," I said in confusion. I turned to the front yard, stepping slugishly down the stairs.

"You want to come hang with us?" Cody stated slowly. I turned, staring into his dark, sincere eyes.

"I have things to get to," I spoke urgently. "Have fun," I encouraged.

I turned, only to come face-to-face with Brianna.

"Howdy." She waved at Cody. "Rebecca and I would love to hang." I started to shake my head, but Brianna spun me around to face Cody. "How could you say no to a face like that?" She spoke teasingly.

She shoved me forward, all the way through the door. Katherine stared at Brianna, as though knowing she was bad news. Leah and Hazel smiled politely, and Alex stared with no expression at each of us. Coleman basically drooled over Brianna, as well as Cody when she scraped her fake ass nail under Cody's chin, then shaking her ass around when walking away. (Which was sticking out of her tight leather shorts.)

Coleman whispered something into Katherine's ear, which she followed with a slap on the back of his head. He chuckled, holding his head, as though his stupid joke was worth the pain.

"I think we should play Truth or Dare," Brianna challenged, plopping onto Cody's sofa.

"Uh, no. I don't think so," Katherine said after glancing at both Cody and Coleman.

"Why?" Brianna stood. "Jealous?"

"Oh, please. Of what? The fact that you're a worthless little whore that can get any guy she wants by showing off her sixty percent fake body?"

My heart dropped as the look on Brianna's face grew bitter. The others all made an "oh shit" face. Leah literally said it out loud.

"Get the fuck out of here," Katherine demanded dangerously.

"Or what?" Brianna threatened.

"Alright." Katherine rolled up her sleeves, and came face-to-face with Brianna. "Try me."

"No, let's not," Cody started. Brianna turned to bat her over-sized eye lashes at Cody innocently. In that moment, Katherine swung a punch, and knocked Brianna right on her ass.

Everyone gasped in shock, Coleman pulling Katherine away from Brianna. He looked fearful, like he knew what was coming. Yet, that's impossible. His mind had gotten swiped.
