I transported my friends and myself into my bedroom. They were all blinking in shock and confusion, but I had already been unamused by now. I brought them there, knowing that when I come back, they'll be safe.
"I'm going to get Coleman... alone."
They all looked at me fearfully, yet cautiously. Like they were prepared to stop me, but I had an advantage. I could simply lift my hand, and make them all go unconscious.
And so I did.
I tried to transport wherever Ethan was, but I was still rusty. I appeared in a different environment, with Satan in front of me instead of Ethan. My eyes slowly widened with my fear. His back was turned, so I tried to slowly walk away, but like always, he was prepared.
"You're not going to find Coleman." He turned to face me, his ember flames flickering dimly, slightly lighting the dark room. I backed away anyhow, marking a distance between Satan and I. "But I'm guessing you didn't only come for Coleman." He eyed me.
"Where is he?"
"Coleman, or Ethan?" He smirked. "What if you could only pick one of them to live?"
"Where is he?" I sneered. Satan stepped forward. I planted my stance, getting physically ready to fight. I'm no match, but I'm not going down without a fight.
"If you had to pick one, which one would it be?"
"Coleman," I stated.
"Just like that?"
"Just like that."
He grinned, as though knowing something I didn't.
"You and I both know that's not true. It's a toss-up, huh? It's a shame. Coleman has been your friend for how long? And Ethan is just a helpless victim, waiting for you to rescue him," he whined, pretending to wipe a tear from his eye.
I stared stubbornly and defiantly into his eyes, still waiting for my answer.
"Okay, I'll be honest." He put his hands up in surrenderance. "Let's just say Coleman is having a bit of a reflective moment, and Ethan's a little heated."
I stared, getting the concept. But only because I knew those places well.
"You put Ethan in hell?"
"And Coleman in the mirrors." He was now an inch from my face, leaning in close. I could feel his cold skin radiating off his face. "And here you are, alone and helpless. Looks like I have you all to myself."
