Skyler's POV
I felt my bones start to crack and reshape themselves, and let me tell you, it hurt like a bitch. When the pain finally subsided, I was on all fours in my wolf form for the first time.
I went over to the pound and curiously logged at my wolf. I was taller than the average she-wolf and was completely white with silver eyes.
I took one last look at my safe haven and started running in my wolf form. I ran as fast as I could and had passed through two territories by sundown.
I lapped up water from a nearby puddle and started to doze off...

"Shift," a male voice commanded. His voice sounded powerful, not powerful enough to be an alpha, it was probably a beta.
I could've disobeyed since i have beta blood, but I didn't want trouble. I went behind a tree and shifted, but didn't come out from behind it.
"Come out," he commanded, putting all his authority into his voice.
"I don't have any clothes," I said in the small voice I used around my pack. He threw his shirt at me. I put it on and stepped out to face them.
The one who was talking was tall with sandy blonde hair, dark eyes, and a nice body. Thar others were the same but they were brunette, and looked like twins.
"What are you doing on our land rogue," he said the word rogue with distaste, as if it were a disease.
"I ran from my pack," I said so quietly that if he wasn't a werewolf, he wouldn't have heard me.
"Which pack" he asked in a powerful voice.
"Blue Moon."
"Why?"
When he asked that, I broke down into tears. I fell the ground sobbing and after what seemed like years, the beta spoke up again.
"Lets get her to the alpha" he said in a pitying tone. "Stand up."
I obeyed and followed them to what I assumed was the pack house.
"The alpha's in his office, lets go."
