False Facts

Let me ask you something, why do we have to trust their words?

Why do we have to believe, in what we believe in?

Why do we still keep empty promises?

Most importantly, why do we hold on?

Our life is a gigantic puzzle, no, stop

It's a stupid game, where everyone loses

No winners, no draws, just simple stupidity

Everyone falls, everyone dies, everyone disappears

Do you believe in God? The Father? The Son?

Do you believe in the Holy Spirit? The Almighty one?

Everyone believes in something, may it be nature spirits, angels, and demons

Religion, Science, does anyone even care anymore? (No one)

We're holding onto things that were taught,

Believed on the things they said, we trusted them

Yet little do we know, we can be stabbed,

May it be our people we trust, believed in, respect, loved

Promises are meant to be broken, they're lies covered in sweetness

"I promise, I'll come back" (Yet you didn't)

"I promise, I'll stay" (Yet you turned your back and left)

"I promise, you can trust me" (Yet you deceived me)

"I promise, I'll protect you" (You killed me)

I should've been living; I'm alive, yet I'm dead

Being alive is different, living has something, memories

Memories that we can hold onto until our last breath

Being alive with nothing to cherish is better off dead but was I one of them?

I trusted you, I thought you would save me

I thought you would be the one who will push me through my limits

But it seems that, I'm alone, again

Wrapped, lying in the cold

I trusted you, I obeyed you with my whole heart

I followed your every order, even your selfish cravings

But it seems that, I'm alone, again

Waiting for a miracle to happen that the world would be in my favor

Never. Never will I retrieved my time that I lost,

Everything is now in the dust

I was deceived, killed, abused

I trusted your lies, that was my mistake,

I was killed by False Facts
