Sebastian was working. Working hard. Throughout the morning, his magic was flowing out of him. He was told that for beginners, they used staffs, because they held the most magic in them and they were the easiest to control. The second was the wands. They had a fraction of magic in them, but we're mainly used for helping draw out and help learn to control the sorcerers magic. Last was using their own hands saying the spells, and when you mastered that, you could do the spell without saying anything.

It was a lot to take in. Fire spells worked best when angry, water was negative thoughts, earth was happiness, and air was control. People could do amazing things with air, or so Sal said. Sebastian believed him, though. He'd believe anything at this point.

Sebastian went straight on to the wand. He learned about self spells, illusion spells, etc.

"Now, invisibility is a different type of spell." Sal said keeping a distance from Sebastian. "Usually only the male body was the only one able to perform it, but through a long life time, learning and rituals, the female could also do the spell. Sadly, I can't teach you that spell."

"Why not?" Sebastian said, puzzled. Sal was able to teach him all the other spells before.

"The invisibility spell is a self taught spell. Meaning you'll have to have a certain situation to learn it by yourself, along with a couple other spells."

"What about teleportation?" Sebastian was surprised by the fact that how easy he was learning these spells. Usually, it'd take a person several days or even weeks to learn a spell but he's learning all these new ones in one day.

"Teleported is quite hard. Instead of saying a spell and moving and releasing your magic to it, you have to work your magic down to it's core, visualize it, then move it to the location you want to go. Everyone has different locations for their core, so I can't help you on that. Also, the distance of the teleportation is as far as you can see. It may sound like a limit, but trust me, you can get some good distance."

Sebastian put his left hand and clutched his chest. That was where the magic was first felt. Sebastian closed his eyes and tried feeling the magic within him. Darkness. He couldn't feel anything.

"You won't be able to feel it today. You already ran through it today performing all those other spells." Sal walked up to Sebastian and put a hand on his shoulder. "It's just trying to settle down in you. Take a break. You need rest."

"What happens when you use too much?" Sebastian asked, wiping sweat from his forehead.

"Well, a number of things can happen." Sal looked up in thought. "If you push yourself past your limit, you'll be hella tired, but when you get it back, your power will be greater. Now, if you do that too much, you'll be put in a comma."

There was a pause. Sebastian knew that there was more to the story. "Whats the worst thing that can happen?" Sal looked down in sadness. Sebastian realized that that question was too much. "I'm sorry. If you don't want to answer, you don't have -"

"No no. It's fine." Sal sucked it up. "When I was in one of my early years of school, even though I was still trying to get my magic to actually work, there was this girl. I know, I know, cheesy love story, whatever.

"But she was special. Not like personal interest special. Her magic was dangerous. People easily got hurt around her by accident. But not me. For some reason, her magic had no effect on me.

"Of course, more powerful sorcerers were able to block her powers. And one certain situation made her go past her limit. Very far beyond her limit. When we found her, she was asleep. And years passed. A lot of years passed, yet she never woke.
