Something died in Sebastian. He lost feelings like love, hate, mostly anything. He was working like a machine now. His expression showed little life in him now.
Sebastian went through his old apartment. Jack used to live here, but not anymore apparently. He had to pack everything his dad owned and prepare for it to be given away to whomever was meant to have it.
A man in a suit walked through the door. Sebastian stopped what he was doing and stood up straight.
"Are you Sam D. Naito?" the man asked holding a few papers to his side.
"Yes, I am. What's this about?" Sam asked curiously.
"I have documents of everything your father owned. I know you've had a hard time, but just look over everything." the man said handing him the documents along with a card. "If you have any questions, call me."
Sebastian read it all. Everything his dad owned was now his. And the money... Was $700,000. All that money and they lived in a shitty apartment? Why?!
Just as the man walked out the door, a red haired woman walked through the door. Before she actually stepped in, she asked "May I?"
Sebastian nodded. She walked over to him. "You must be Sam."
Sebastians eyes widened. How'd she know that? "Yes, uh, yeah. Um, how'd you-?"
She interrupted. "Your father and I were close. I'm surprised he never talked about me."
"Well, what's your name?" Sam asked.
"My name is Flora."
